We really enjoyed our stay at little monte house. Eva provided bacon and eggs in the fridge, which was above and beyond any air bnb we’ve stayed at. The place was clean and comfortable. The yard is large and peaceful with a fenced in backyard. On Friday evening we noticed coffee connections (coffee shop) was open till 10, so we walked over there, it is within easy walking distance from the house. Another thing to take note of is, we had booked the house for 4 nights. My husband’s friend died, and we wanted to attend the funeral before going to Kansas, so I messaged Eva that we would only be able to use 2 of our nights instead of 4. She promptly changed our reservation and refunded our money for 2 nights. This is amazing service! Thank you so much! We highly recommend little monte house.

I come to Coldwater pretty often to visit family and have to bring my dog with me. He doesn’t get along well with other dogs and the hotels in town don’t allow pets. This was my first time staying here but everything was great and I’m thankful for a place to stay in town that allows pets! Will definitely book again!

My sister and I were attending a baby shower in a nearby town and found Renae's place to stay for the night. We were really happy with our stay. Had everything we needed and more and was really clean! We'd definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area. We did hear one train horn during the night and a few trains passing through, but we knew that when booking and it didn't bother us. This place is a great short stay or long term stay since there's a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood!

We have now used Scott’s lodge for 3 years and always love it! Our favorite part about the lodge is that it truly feels like home for all guest. We always appreciate Scott’s response time and kindness! Highly recommend!

This is a remodeled apartment building so the outside is still a bit rough. The apartment itself was wonderful and modernized. The neighborhood is in a quiet part of town, close to the city park and restaurants. It is a good place for out of town visitors to stay.

Really nice place!! Very private & peaceful. Plenty of room to park even pulling a trailer. Carie was very responsive when I had questions. Will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this lovely cottage. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very clean. Lovely place for us to unwind each night as we returned each day from our quilting retreat. We will be back again next year.

I loved my stay! The place was super clean, had all the amenities needed, the host was very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed how peaceful the area and sorroundings were.

The historic charm of the house was so wonderful! A true hidden gem in small town Leibenthal. The updates and small addition to the house was well done without taking away from the original design of the limestone house. Communication was seamless and it was easy to find. Although we only stayed 1 night the amenities were spot on to accommodate an extended stay. Since we have family near by we all agreed that we plan to book this lovely house in the future. Close to Hays...in a quiet small town. We appreciate this pet friendly beautiful home originally built in the 1800s. Don't hesitate to book this for your next stay!
