The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. This hillside apartment is in the heart of Silverlake, and is completely remodeled, and tastefully decorated in mid-century style. From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

When you wake up in the master bed in the morning the only view through the sheers ia bamboo, trees and usually a bright blue sky. When you sit up you see the beautiful new deck and pool.
