Fantastic Stay for a CNY Family Gathering! I had a wonderful experience staying at The Bliss for our recent Chinese New Year family gathering. The place was perfect—well-equipped with excellent facilities, and the host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. The morning air was crisp and refreshing, and the peaceful setting atop a hill made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation and quality family time. I truly appreciate the comfort and hospitality, and I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

The place was very cozy and clean. Appreciated the local dining suggestions and early check-in. Check-in and check out was easy. We had a pleasant stay. Except one incident where the wifi wasn't working well due to too many users when the next door unit checked-in the next day and had many occupants. But Eko sorted it out. Thanks

What a wonderful place to stay in an outstanding location. The accommodation was perfect for Christmas in Malaysia - cool weather in the clouds, relaxing with nature. Fraser Hill is a beautiful place that I can not wait to return to. Yoke Cho's apartment suit our family of 3 perfectly, but could easily sleep more. Well appointed with good-sided fridge and cooking facilities, comfortable beds and hot showers. Any issues were quickly attended to (internet was an issue at times - probably due to weather conditions - but quickly resolved). We loved sitting on the deck and watch the clouds float by and the birds and monkeys playing in the forest right outside the door. We took some board games, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. For adventure lovers, Bishop Walk was worth doing and manageable (allow 1.5-2hrs round-trip walk from the accomodation). Christmas Eve dinner at Smokehouse was an elegant feast. All in all, 10/10 for this short-stay vacation. We can't wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her place—it was not only beautiful but also thoughtfully equipped with a wide variety of board games, toiletries, and all the necessary amenities. Very responsive and thoughtful host. Knowing we were planning to have a steamboat, she provided a steamboat pot for us. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. Really enjoy in this trip.

Had a wonderful time at Yen’s place! It was our first time at Fraser’s Hill as a family of 5. The place was very quiet and a great place to relax yourself from the hustle city. The description of the place matches exactly what it has written. Barely have any connection for phone services. There’s a few shop lots and also eateries down from Silverpark Resort. A reminder not to go anywhere during the night time as it gets really dark and there’s no street lights; a chilly night too (17•C). Overall, we’re happy and enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Ms Yen.
