Simple Rustic Cabin/Camping and Farm Experience

Rustic cabin in the woods adjoining Mark Twain National Forrest, about 300 square feet. Cabin includes: table, chairs, cots (air beds available on request and bedding not provided), kitchenette (mini-fridge, oven, stove, dishes, coffee maker), sleeping loft, front and back porch, gravity-fed shower and sink from two 55-gallon water barrels, outhouse for restroom, picnic table with fire-pit and grill for fire pit. No cell phone signal. Bring bedding, toiletries, bug spray, and a love of nature!

In addition to the river, the property borders Briar's Creek, known for fishing. The outdoor pavilion, kitchen & deck is perfect for outdoor meals, games, & enjoying nature. The cabin has 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms & is located right off the highway, no gravel roads to navigate. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to allergies.

This is our family cabin. Our family farms soybeans, rice, and corn. We are too busy working during spring, summer, and some of fall to enjoy our cabin much. We are wanting to share our beautiful place for others to enjoy. It is located approximately 10 minutes from Poplar Bluff, MO. We live about 30 minutes away, so we can be available if needed. We have satellite TV and wi-fi. Cabin is pretty secluded nestled among the trees with the Black River flowing within 100 feet of the deck.

The cabin has decks overlooking the river at both upper and lower levels.
