A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Stone Cottage: The Partington Spring House

The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. We offer a very private and rustic setting that captivates peaceful landscapes and breathtaking views. The 1 acre plateau overlooks gorgeous cliffs and flowing natural springs. Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.
