Jennifer was absolutely amazing, we had to cancel our air bnb the night before our trip (false advertisement), and i stumbled across Jennifer’s beautiful studio. She was very accommodating when it came to early & late check out. Had very quick responses as well. In a great and convenient location with lots of restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Will definitely be back in the future !

We had a great stay!!!The location was perfect. Only a short uber ride to old san juan. The accommodations were perfect for me and my 2 girls. Great view, very clean. Everything that we needed to for the beach was provided as well as toiletries and kitchen items. Will definitely stay again.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Rico was amazing! First off, Brenda was excellent—friendly, helpful, respectful, and polite. The location was perfect: just a short ride from the airport, close to great restaurants, and minutes from the beach. The apartment was exactly as pictured—neat, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool was sparkling clean and a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Large clean condo in a good central location. Concierge on site and building check in process is efficient and offers good safety measures. Old San Juan is about a 5-10 minute Uber ride depending on traffic conditions. Beautiful beach with plenty of sun and shade that's about a 5-10 minute walk away. Condo has two beach chairs & towels for use, or you can rent at beach. The main bedroom is large with an ultra-comfortable bed. Unit has central air, and building has a backup generator. (we arrived same day as island blackout so having a generator was a huge plus). Dahiana provides very clear and thorough instructions along with a list of restaurants, places of interest etc.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Really loved it. The place was clean and it’s located in a safe area. Not to mention that there are security guards in the lobby and not everyone can enter the building. The security guards were also really nice and offered recommendations on where to eat and visit. I would definitely stay here next time.

Sehr nettes kleines Appartement mitten in Condado. Hervorragende Lage in Strandnähe. In der Nacht aufgrund der Lage etwas lauter, aber das bringt die super Lage mit sich. Toll ausgestattetes Appartement (Küche und Bad mit allem Notwendigen und mehr) Strandstühle, Strandtücher. Ausreichend Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Klopapier vorhanden. Wir durften einige Dinge die wir nicht mit nach Europa nehmen wollten in der Wohnung belassen und die Gastgeberin hat sich um das Spenden bzw. Entsorgen gekümmert. Den Müll kann man ganz einfach auf der Etage entsorgen. Günstiger und besser als so manches Hotel. Sehr gerne wieder.

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It's in an ideal location—super close to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The apartment was easy to find. The beach is just a short walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The balcony was nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. This was our first time in PR and we loved this location. It was safe, fun, and steps away from the beach! The pool is also nice! Lots of restaurants nearby. The balcony was also very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. Until next time!

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

The apartment is very safe. My wife and I loved it They have Security at the gate. The indoor parking is nice. The Neighbors are friendly no smoking or loud noises. Jose makes sure you have everything you need and still checks on you for anything that may've been missed ( He didn't miss anything for our stay) The place was spotless and cozy. I'll definitely will be staying there again and will recommend Jose's listing to all my friends.

Great stay and place for the price! Super responsive and even when I felt like an idiot they were always kind and helpful (note hot water for the shower is closest to the off side). Rooms were perfect for a quick visit and the area was super close to a supermarket which was so helpful to save on money. Great place highly recommend

Jennifer is an amazing host. She was so attentive of our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. We were there during a major power outage and she immediately reached out, kept us updated, brought over ice and coolers for us and even allowed us to use her generator to keep some appliances and standing fans, running. As soon as I made her aware that one of the ceiling fans wasn’t working, she brought over a new standing fan immediately. And when we realized the garbage disposal wasn’t working, she sent someone over to fix it that same day. While the place is an amazing property, the surfaces and furniture were dusty and the rooms smelled humid/damp. I know that it being on a tropical island is expected so it needed to be aired out. Nonetheless, the smell was gone in less than a day and didn’t detract from our stay. She had great recommendations for dining and entertainment. I can’t express enough how great of a host she is. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stay!

It was a beautiful place. Well kept the view was beautiful. Everything was exactly on what was explained on the Airbnb website we couldn’t ask for anything more. The host was wonderful Miguel we will return most likely with the rest of our family or other couples.

The house is spectacular with an incredible view, it offers privacy, a refreshing breeze, we never felt hot. The house inspires PEACE and tranquility. It has very good parking space. The house was completely clean upon arrival. It was perfect for our family celebration this Christmas. The host, Mrs. Ana was very attentive and communicative at all times, before, during and after the stay. This property is truly recommended👌. Keep in mind that the house is located on a hill, high up. The route closer to the room has old and somewhat narrow roads, but it is worth getting there. Once there, you spend some incredible days.
