Stay in a luxury shepherds hut in the stunning Surrey Hills, only an hour from London. A perfect couples escape with a beautiful hot tub under the trees and a wood fired sauna experience bookable as an optional extra. We are located near Box Hill so you can enjoy countryside walks with spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. We supply a variety of grazing platters too. The perfect stay for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

Open plan area with kitchen, table and chairs, small settee ladder to mezzanine level with sofa (sofa bed) and chair. Good size bedroom with queen size bed, some drawers and hanging space. Modern bathroom with shower. Ample parking. Good local pub within walking distance and several others a short drive away.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Welcome to Thebarnsurreyhills nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, perfect for country walks, cyclists, nature lovers, or a romantic getaway. This bright, open studio space features a freestanding double slipper bath and baroque privacy screen. Soft white gowns are provided as standard. Room service and alfresco dining are available via The Ruby Supper Club—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just a 5-minute drive to the award-winning Denbies Wine Estate.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
