Welcome to the historic Pumphouse on Lake Superior with 200' of lake front! The Pumphouse is one of Duluth's iconic and historical properties. This home was originally designed by John Wangenstein in 1860 as the water pump house for the City of Duluth but was abandoned. Miss Elisabeth Congdon converted the pumphouse into an absolutely stunning French-style home. The cabin is on Bass Lake road which is a county ATV trail, giving you access to the areas vast network of trails. The cabin itself is recently remodeled. One and a half bathrooms and 4 beds with an extra fold-out makes it the perfect place for a family.
