A beautiful home with an amazing view! the lake was really low, but that worked out for us (the kids loved playing in the dirt). the home was clean and had everything you needed (although the kitchen supplies/spices were slightly lacking). other than the minor kitchen issues, i would definitely stay here again. we had 10 people and there was plenty of space.

Amazing, very spacious house with lots of extra amenities, such as appliances like coffeemaker, air fryer, etc., plenty of board games, books, extra mirrors and cotton swabs/balls in the bathrooms. Nice detailed touches like helpful labels everywhere. Beautifully decorated. Great view of the water from the living room/master bedroom. Great little quiet and peaceful neighborhood, you can walk around the small lake and see the ducks. Perfect location, just minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, it made exploring the area very easy. One of the best places we’ve stayed at! My kids didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and had tvs in every room. There was plenty to do in the house and was very comfortable. The only issue was the lake was gone lol but that obviously can’t be controlled. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely rent from Julie again!!!

The house was everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful surroundings quiet and peaceful. Lots of deck space to entertain outside. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay very pleasant. Cindi was quick to respond when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property

There is so much I can say about The Lodge. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt right at home. I hosted a women’s retreat. There were eleven ladies staying. There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare! Carrie and John were quick to respond to our questions. Absolutely wonderful hosts. We plan on booking again next year. If you are looking for peaceful surroundings this is it. We loved the game room and used it for our crafting activities. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. There were plenty of towels, plenty of linens, and plenty of supplies including soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry supplies. They thought of everything!

Was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay at the Dandridge House. It was conveniently located near Swan's Marina and Brian was very attentive. Thanks for the memories!

I loved the place we stayed at in Dandridge, TN. The place was beautiful inside and out. It was clean with plenty of space. The hosts were beyond amazing. We were greeted immediately. We got a tour of the place and he even chatted with us for a little bit. Great communication and flexible. They had snacks, plenty of linens and some extras upon arrival. I highly recommend this place and I am keeping it on my list for future visits. Hope to see you again soon!

My family of four was very comfortable here. It was exactly what we needed as we had booked a fishing charter on Lake Cherokee. The immediate neighborhood was a little rough looking but once inside the house all you could see is the beautiful views of nature behind this home making it feel private and tranquil. The amenities here were far more than what you can get at a hotel for the same price, we definitely would book again!

Riverside Retreat was a very nice place to stay during our visit to the mountains. it was easy to find, check in was a breeze and the place had lots of room to spread out, yet be together. The neighborhood is in a beautiful setting with lots of rolling hills, pastures and mountain views. We would definitely enjoy booking with Jen and Mike again soon.

Definitely a 10/10 stay would to recommend to anyone. It was a nice and quiet location.

We hope to return next year. It’s has very comfortable beds and pillows. Also the all the furniture through out were comfortable. Views through all the large windows were so beautiful. Enjoyed swimming in the pool at the campground too. People around were very friendly.

Such a beautiful cabin! Location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only (somewhat) downfall is the driveway. There are lots of potholes and it is steep. But as far as the cabin, it was wonderful. David was a very good host as well. He responded to everything in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!

I am a senior and came with my daughter and a few of her friends for a festival in Knoxville. Villa Melissa, our house, was perfect for our group. The house was spacious, clean and was supplied with anything you could need, plus. Melissa's kitchen was better supplied than mine is at home. Her home is in a nice quiet area, right across from a golf course, a short distance from downtown Knoxville. Our favorite area was the large screened in porch where we spent most of our time, day or night. It was especially nice when it rained. There is a large sofa and table with chairs, perfect for hanging out. It's quiet, and she has a number of bird feeders, so between the birds and squirrels, you get a nice relaxing outdoor place the whole family can enjoy. Melissa made the whole process super easy and was very welcoming. She checked up on us, and made the check out process very simple. We would love to rebook for next year.

The place worked out great for our group of 7. I matches the photos and description and is the perfect private getaway. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Heather was very responsive and helped us with critical information after the Hurricane Helene floods, which helped us plan the trip better. Would recommend 10/10.

Had an amazing stay. The views were and amenities were unbeatable, the home was cozy, the beds comfortable, and the space very accomodating. The owners were there for us with for any questions we had (and there were a few). Be prepared for a 25-30 min drive into town (Morristown or Jefferson City) but other than that, we loved staying here.

Perfect for a private getaway or family trip. The view was incredible even though the lake wasn’t full at the time we went. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching sunrise. We even grilled some steaks on the grill and had everything we needed. Propane was full and ready to go. We enjoyed everything about it! Sleep was amazing too! Bed in the master was so comfortable, we had to see what kind of mattress it was. Host was also gracious enough to allow us an extra night to avoid bad weather driving!! Just beautiful and better than expected!

The home was clean and the location was amazing! The view of the lake was picturesque. It was very convenient to a local restaurant, boat rental and grocery store. The home had all the amenities we wanted! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Parking was easy and safe. Fishing from the boat dock was our favorite.

There were 12 of us -three generations - 6 adults and 6 children (ages 7-15). There was space for everyone - the children were all downstairs and the adults up. We had meals together with 8 around the table and 4 at the bar. We rented a boat so the kids could tube and swim in LakeDouglas. The highlight of the trip for many was the trip to Dollywood. We spent time with morning coffee and again in the evening sitting on the deck looking at the lake, mountains and identifying birds. The house was comfortable for all and a good base for various activities. Would stay here again.

There were 4 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and private bathroom! Loved the size of the rental! Very cozy and nicely decorated for fall! Our stay was great! One small problem with the front door lock. It took several times pushing in the code before the door unlocked. But it did unlock and did not slow us down! The garage was also very nice! Would definitely book again!
