The perfect place for us to stay. Very enjoyable walk into town, peaceful and quiet. Lindsay was helpful and responsive when there was a parking issue out of ours and her control, so everything worked out. We have no complaints and would visit again!

This condo is in a great location! Right on location of Hope College and is surrounded by lots of shopping and places to eat. No issues with parking. Kept super clean and beds were very comfortable. We found the utility closet to be loud, but other than that, the stay was great. The host is also great and communicative.

Beautiful place to stay. It's right in the middle of downtown Holland and very walkable to stores and restaurants in that area. The 3rd floor deck is wonderful to sit on at night. The condo is clean, smells amazing, and a top notch place to stay. While on the expensive end, we felt like it was worth the cost and we would stay here again! FYI, and in no means a reduction in rating, the mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm. The only negative comment we have is being asked to take out the trash while also being charged a $200 cleaning fee. We don't mind taking out the trash we created, and it wasn't a hassle to access the community dumpster, but we felt like it should have be included with a $200 cleaning fee.

Mi Piace was a perfect headquarters for us to use on our quick weekend trip to Grand Haven for shopping, dining, & hiking! The condo was furnished very nicely, bed was very comfortable, and the entire area felt safe the entire time we were there. The hosts were also awesome!! We would certainly stay here again & recommend the same to you!

This condo was well worth the cost! Very up-to-date appliances and furnishings. Extremely organized! Monica also provides just about anything you needed as far as amenities. Other than groceries and clothing, we were set!

Found Tony’s place for a Notredame game. Great price and great location. He was very responsive with any questions I had and his place was the perfect place for our small family. Clean and modern and everything was there that we needed. We would stay there again in a heart beat. 5 stars all day, thanks Tony

This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and convenient for exploring the area. I traveled to Michigan with my sister for a family reunion, so I wanted a place with two separate bedrooms. Boz's place was a great choice. It is one unit in a community of four-unit apartment buildings. It was probably built in the 1970s, but it has been fixed up well. Everything was squeaky clean. I walked around in new white socks and had no worries about getting them dirty. Boz included some nice details, including fluffy towels and a big new bar of soap. The shower is mounted up high, which I appreciate because I'm tall. The unit has its own 40-gallon water heater. There was a bowl with packaged snacks like granola bars, which was helpful in the morning to hold me over before I left for breakfast. The location is three minutes (by car) from an Aldi grocery store, but I never used it on this trip. I ate breakfast every day at Roxie's which is a great place that's only about four minutes away. I will be happy to stay here again next time I visit Kalamazoo.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The home was super clean and modern. Unique great art. Thoughtful touches like new(er) board games. Tons of very clear instructions for everything from checking in and out, using Alexa, accessing hot tub on property etc. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

Nice and comfy place. Has all you need, looks exactly like the pictures. And the host is super responsive and let us check in early!

This place was great! The space was clean and cozy and we definitely hope to come visit again. We also enjoyed the small cafe/market nearby. Mike was a kind and responsive host, too!

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is seven minutes from the beach, boat rental and restaurants. The value was great. I would happily stay here again.
