"Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cette location, un véritable havre de paix. Les pièces sont spacieuses et très bien illuminées, ce qui rend le lieu encore plus accueillant. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait parfaitement, et le stationnement était très facile d’accès. Les hôtes ont été incroyablement réactifs et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse. Merci à eux pour cette expérience exceptionnelle ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

One of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Luxury living in Marrakech. Very nice area, peaceful and local. I enjoyed the apartment. It was brand new and extremely high quality! Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Driss il est très bien situé il y a un supermarché juste en dessous très pratique pour le pain et les viennoiseries le matin. Il y a un bureau de change aussi. Il est à 8 min à pied de la gare du mc do, KFC…. L’aéroport est à seulement 7kms. Nous avons tous fait à pieds sauf la place Jemaa El fna parce que nous y sommes allés le soir avec 3 enfants de 6 à 10 ans donc nous avons privilégié le taxi mais elle est à 30min à pieds c’est faisable. L’appartement est calme il est côté cour un vrai plus quand on voit la circulation sur le boulevard principal. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce logement quand nous seront sur Gueliz. Un très bon rapport qualité /prix.

Sehr schöne, große und helle Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut isoliert, sodass man trotz der Hauptstraße wenig gehört hat. Außerdem kann sie perfekt abgedunkelt werden. Spannender Ausblick auf den Verkehr und die ganze Stadt. Zum Marktplatz ist es zu Fuß ein wenig weit, gerade auch im trubeligen Verkehr, aber machbar. Wir haben uns trotz der Obdachlosen in der Gegend sicher gefühlt.

Un bel accueil nous a été réservé, nous avons été accueillis par Meriem à notre arrivée. L'hébergement est propre et bien rangé. Nous avons apprécié la localisation nous permettant de visiter de nombreuses attractions à pied. Meriem qui se charge du ménage et prépare des repas à la demande est d'une extrême gentillesse et se montre très flexible pour répondre à nos besoins. Merci pour tout.

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

The riad is beautiful and was the perfect place to escape the heat and noise of the souks, even on a warm day (end of April) the courtyard and first-floor rooms stayed cool. It’s tucked away on a quiet side street where local kids play, which adds a lovely, peaceful vibe. Abdesalam and Aicha were super kind and helpful; from the welcome at the parking, every morning preparing breakfast for us, and on our last day, On our last day, Abdesalam even walked us to our taxi at 6 AM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Don't look anywhere else, this is a top place to stay. We loved it. It's really beautifully decorated inside, it's wonderfully comfortable with lots of space and a fabulous roof terrace. We were brilliantly looked after and any worries were taken care of. We'll definitely be recommending it to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Marrakech.

Votre accueil , les activités et restaurants que vous nous avez vous mêmes organisés nous ont charmés. Vous êtes un hôte qui est au petit soin pour les voyageurs. Sans parler de votre riad qui est plus que parfait, 3 étages avec chambre et salle de bain privée à chaque étage .. Confort max avec un prix mini. Really lovely riad in a great location. Christian-Andre was really responsive and helpful when making the booking and Oussama was great in organising trips and taxis when we were there. The riad is in a good , quiet location. The nearby local Berber market is useful if you want to get some street food and the walk into the main souks is very easy. The rooms in the riad were spacious and clean and the pool was pretty warm and pleasant to relax in. The breakfast was filling too.

Hem estat molt a gust a l’allotjament de la Henrianne, la comunicació amb ella també ha anat molt bé. La casa és molt maca i té totes les facilitats. Una menció especial per l’Aisha que ens ha cuidat molt bé, ens ha fet uns esmorzars i sopars molt bons i complerts i recomano a tothom que demani els seus serveis!

Situé à l’intérieur d’un domaine privé le logement était très confortable avec l’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse l’emplacement parking devant la résidence et la proximité de la médina le logement était parfait. A refaire sans hésitation.

L’endroit était d'une propreté irréprochable, très agréable à vivre. Sa proximité immédiate avec la gare ferroviaire est un vrai plus pour les voyageurs par train, et le quartier de Gueliz est facilement accessible à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour confortable et pratique à Marrakech.

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!
