What can we say.. We spent a glorious, relaxed week here at the end of August, a truly special place a beautifully renovated original stone house with high ceilings and original features. Paul was a generous, friendly and knowledgeable host, and the views are spectacular. Apartment 3 was a good size for our family of 5 (kids 17, 14, 11) comfy beds, en suites for each bedroom and a stunning balcony. The pool was an extra treat, beautiful, and again with panoramic views across the valley. Oh, and the WiFi was speedy too. Brace yourself for the drive, it gets easier and it’s 100% worth it! Would happily and heartily recommend ❤️

We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. A wonderful welcome with a tasty treat on arrival which we really enjoyed after traveling all day The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed and just a wonderful place to stay. Porto is beautiful and easily accessed from here and I would highly recommend staying here Wonderfully personal and welcoming hosts

Meine Frau unsere Tochter und Ich hatten eine super Zeit in diesem Apartment. Wir hatten genug Platz, eine super Küche und alles was wir brauchten um uns in Porto wohl zu fühlen. Bis in die Stadt dauerte es zu Fuß lediglich 15 Minuten. Auch für entspannte Tage war die Unterkunft absolut geeignet. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit Vasco verlief wunderbar. Er begrüßte und verabschiedete uns mehr als höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl gut umsorgt und willkommen zu sein. Absolute Empfehlung 👍🏼 Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit wir kommen gerne wieder.

We cannot praise this airbnb and our hosts enough. They went above and beyond to ensure that we have a great stay, fulfilled all our requests and were incredibly helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet area but still a walking distance away from the main attractions. It’s equipped with necessities, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is spacious.

Manuel est très accueillant, s’il y a un problème il répond très vite et réglé ce problème. Le logement étais super, encore mieux que sur les photos. On avait peur pour le wifi par rapport aux autres commentaires, mais il a très bien fonctionné, aucun soucis de connexion. Le logement est extrêmement simple à trouver, les photos sont très explicites et à 2min à pieds du métro. Merci pour ce séjour !

We recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay with our family at this enchanting house in the heart of Vila da Conde. The property's romantic outdoor architecture immediately sets it apart from the surrounding homes, creating a truly charming atmosphere. As a group of adults with children, we found the house to be perfectly suited to our needs. Located next to a small city park with a playground and cafés, the house offers easy access to local amenities. Historical sites and museums are within a short walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The spacious interior, including three bathrooms, was a major plus, and the outdoor pool, seating area, and grill provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. Our stay at Lugar das Letras was nothing short of magical. This beautifully restored house, once an old school, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards—a true feast for the eyes. The rooms and bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully designed to make us feel at home. But what made our experience truly unforgettable were Carla and Paula, the two wonderful ladies who took care of every detail. Every morning, they prepared a memorable breakfast for our entire family, filled with warmth and care. Their kindness and hospitality turned our stay into a dream. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise in the Douro Valley. Highly recommended!

Acabamos de deixar a casa e já temos saudades. Passamos uns dias muito felizes, com muito bom tempo, o que deu para aproveitar a piscina ao máximo. A casa é bonita, decorada com simplicidade e bom gosto e tem tudo que precisamos para umas férias fantásticas Todas as pequeninas questões que tivemos foram imediatamente resolvidas, não há nenhum motivo de queixa. As nossas cadelas também desfrutaram muito, delirando com a quantidade de gatos que se viam à volta noutros terrenos. Nascer do sol lindo, espaço para sentar, ler um livro e ver o rio Douro, onde vimos passar barcos incríveis. Super recomendo este espaço e anotamos para voltar ainda mais dias numa próxima oportunidade. Obrigada! É um pequeno paraíso ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and charming home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Marisa was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions and nature spots. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back again!

Alojamiento estupendo, hemos pasado unos días geniales en la casa. Buena ubicación para hacer/visitar lugares cercanos. La casa es mejor aún que las fotos del anuncio. El desayuno muy recomendable.

We had a wonderful stay in Marta’s home! It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home! Marta was available and happy to answer any questions we had. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The area is gorgeous. Walkable and easy to explore. We hope to be able to come back one day!

The listing is beautiful and peaceful. Host was very collaborative and responsive. We used jacuzzi, the gas griller and the bikes freely. Overall, it was an amazing stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure the floor of the room is even.

Ana’s apartment was perfect for my stay at Guimaraes. It was super easy to find and check in with Ana, who was very responsive with her communication. The apartment was clean, uncluttered and had all the amenities required. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but still central to the old town and surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

Espaço acolhedor, limpo e bem localizado. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

El apartamento está muy bien, más bonito que en las fotos, y muy cuidado. Dispone de todo tipo de comodidades, y la urbanización en la que está cuenta con muchos servicios, aunque nosotros no los llegamos a utilizar. Está al lado de una playa preciosa, que puede verse desde la casa Antonio fue un anfitrión muy puntual, llegamos a la casa y a los pocos minutos llegó para darnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento. Es un sitio totalmente recomendable.

La casa está increíble. Super bonita y cuidando los detalles. Las habitaciones amplias. La piscina infinita espectacular y la zona de Jacuzzi y sauna preciosa.

Logement très propre et qui dispose de toutes les commodités. La place de parking est vraiment un plus. Quelques restaurants a 2-3 minutes à pied. Et un petit Auchan juste à proximité où on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut. À 15 minutes en voiture de la plage et à 15 minutes du centre historique de Porto.

l'appartement du rdc est impeccable ! propre ! la vu est la piscine magnifique, seul petit souci le canapé trop petit , et pas de lumière de nuit à la piscine + jacuzzi, mais sinon ce fut un séjour calme et agréable! l'hôte est très sympathique ! merci beaucoup nous reviendrons sans problème !

A nossa estadia na casa do Ricardo foi muito agradável. A casa tinha bons espaços, localizada em um condomínio com excelentes condições e amenidades tais como piscina interior e exterior, sauna e ginásio, tudo bem cuidado e em excelentes condições. A localização era muito boa, com vista para o mar e com um lindo pôr do sol. Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado, e encontramos tudo o que podíamos precisar no apartamento. O Ricardo foi muito simpático e flexível nos horários e durante a estadia correu tudo bem.
