Chelsfield station 8 min walk, 30 min to London Bridge, ‘Oyster Card’ accepted. Next to the station is a nice British Pub/Restaurant and some small grocery stores. Our 'Summer House' is a proper Studio with everything you need for a short-term stay. We're a multinational family and love to travel. You'll stay in a quiet, friendly, and green part of Greater London.

Escape at this unique and serene getaway. This stunning annex is an extension to the main property. This unique space boats of it's own private entrance with security night lights and it's own entrance to your private patio. Within the annex separate from the bedroom is a shower, a toilet and a sink. Also allocated in this space is your own hallway with fridge/freezer, a microwave and a kettle. The nicely designed bedroom is spacious with a smart tv & own private study & Free Netflix account.

Gingerbread House in a quiet woodland setting

Gingerbread House is a self-contained annex set within the owners property, bordered by bluebell woodland and arable fields. The house is ideally situated for day trips into central London by train, many National Trust and English Heritage sites in Kent/Sussex, or events at Brands Hatch. The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 10 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

The Oast House is on a private Tudor Estate. A listed mid-Victorian property has charming period features, a large garden and storage. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Minimum 3 nights, discounts for weekly stay. Fully fitted kitchen with bay window & window seat overlooking the Common, open plan lounge with double doors to patio with swinging sofa and pretty back garden. Ground floor WC/utility room. Incredible holiday stay, easy transport to London, 40 mins drive to Gatwick.

Located in beautiful wooded area on outskirts of London: 20 minutes by train to London Bridge. Chislehurst station 7 minutes walk, or 2 minutes bus ride. Village has "old" and "new" part with boutique restaurants & shops incl. supermarket (10-15 minutes walk ). Near the station are Chislehurst caves, restored historic monument & tourist attraction from war time use as a bomb shelter. Around the flat there are beautiful walks , runs & cycling in Petts Wood. House has quiet garden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway close to Bromley town centre. Complete with its own entrance this stylish guest house has everything you need for your stay. A double bed, dining table & chairs, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine. The bathroom includes an electric shower and there's strong wifi and a wall mounted tv with free access to Netflix, Sky, Amazon and Apple TV+. Bed linen, towels, crockery & cutlery are of course provided.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
