We needed a quiet peaceful location and got exactly that. The accommodation was immaculately clean. We would definitely come back. The hosts are excellent.

Our stay was very comfortable; the house was roomy, spotlessly clean and well presented. The location was fabulous and only a stones throw from some of the popular walks in the area. We would stay there again. Car parking is on the street and the village was very busy when we stayed, so we had to leave the cars a hundred meters, or so, from the house. However, it felt safe enough to leave the cars out of sight.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Greg’s place “Penthouse”. Communication was very clear and with all the information we needed to hit the ground running on our little trip away to Bowness. We found the place easy enough thanks to the instructions provided by Greg and it was great to have private, dedicated parking space - something we’ve not had before when we’ve stayed in such a central location before. Self check in was really smooth using the lockbox to let ourselves In. The penthouse was spotlessly clean. Bed was incredibly comfy and didn’t want to get up this morning! Kitchen facilities were great with everything we needed to cook a fab breakfast before heading out for a days walking. And the view from the living area, wow! The location of penthouse was second to none, only 2 minutes walk and we were in Bowness where there was a great selection of bars and restaurants for our evening meal and a few drinks. Overall a fantastic stay! We’ll be back!

Absolutely fabulous cottage-gorgeous location, super spacious and very well equipped.

From good communication to the actual stay it was all great, house was in the location we needed very cleans and modern, easy to find and easy access and day of arrival, would recommend for a clean no nonsense comfortable stay

This is an incredible, beautiful, peaceful location with lovely walks on the River Wyre just a ten minute stroll down the lane. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained and in a picturesque location. There are restaurants a short drive away, and the renowned Booths supermarket in the Lancashire market town of Garstang is an easy 3 miles drive from the property. Lancaster, with its great selection of independent shops and compelling history, is just 7 miles away. With easy access to the M6, what more can I say? Highly recommended!!

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Emily was very friendly and responded to us very quickly. She left some easter eggs for the kids and flowers and a card for my wife as I had mentioned it was her birthday which was very kind. the caravan is nice and clean, and functional and it's not buried into the back of the site, you can easily walk to the main facilities. we would happily stay again.
