Matt’s guest house was a great place to stay at for my trip to ATX. Conveniently distanced between many great hidden gems and even Moody Center. Would definitely choose to book with Matt again in the future!

Great stay great views great vibe

The apartment gave a spectacular view and was very comfortable. This would be an ideal couple's getaway. With a coffee shop in the lobby and several restaurants nearby it is extremely convenient. Valet 24-7 parking meant my car was always available. Visiting Austin means lots to do, but lots of traffic and parking lots too. However, the apartment building is perfectly located vis-a-vis local streets or I35 to navigate fairly pain free. The airport is only 15 minutes away. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to do your own cooking. Several grocery stores are within easy reach and since Austin's restaurants are a little pricey, this may be the way to go. This apartment was absolutely the best equipped apartment BnB I have stayed in--to include dishwashing and laundry supplies. Hospitality is HIGHLY valued. Staff are exceptionally friendly and the neighborhood--especially Rainy Steet is fun. If you are positioning for work or fun (I was doing both), I highly recommend it.

Good location and easy access to downtown. Condo was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after being out. The amenities were as described and the instructions on the secure entrances was clear. Didn't need to contact hosts as everything was spelled out!

Great spot for a couple of days in Austin. Only a short Uber ride from downtown. Washer and dryer were convenient as well as 2 bathrooms. Overall was a great value for the price paid.

This place was exactly what we needed. We were in town for the SXSW Film & TV Event and everything was pretty much nearby. The listing is exactly as pictured and Luis was accommodating, friendly and very responsive. I definitely recommend!

This place was so cute! And it was so close to get to the center of the city. We loved how spacious the airbnb was. It was perfect!

Great location, having the parking bay was very handy and big enough to fit our big American car. There was a bus stop to take us to down town Austin close by, we also walked into Austin a few times which took approx 40 mins. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nompumelelo was very friendly and helpful. If in the area again would definitely stay at this apartment as so close to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Can not fault this apartment.

Small but good for two people for the weekend. Good food close by, decent neighborhood.

Place was spotless, walking distance from many nightlife activities, and a 6 min drive from downtown. Host was very responsive and patient with me after I got lost (my fault) Power for lights had to be turned on in the front by the door. Bed was amazing and the building was very safe and secure. Coffee shop downstairs was delicious and front desk was very informative.

We had a great time at Rakesh’s place. Wonderful apartment with great views. Everything looks brand new and it was super clean. It’s conveniently located and right by the river which is great place to run or walk. Rakesh was able to accommodate an early and late check out which we are very grateful for. The only thing to know about this place is that it’s right by a highway. So you can hear cars and depending on the wind it can be more or less loud. If you are a light sleeper, just make sure to bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

Britney created a very stylish home. I appreciated the decor and thoughtful details. The museums, nature walks, and restaurants, were within 5 to 15 minute driving distance. We stayed at Britney‘s place after a 5day road trip from California, so we really needed a comfortable home to rest from being on the road so much. We’ll come back here again.

Perfect location for a fun night out on rainy street and super close to lady bird lake walking trail. Coffee shop next door was the cherry on top 🙌🏼 Good vibes all around. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this property many times and it’s always a fantastic experience. I almost don’t want to share how great it is because then it’ll get booked up and I won’t be able to snag it! Maelia is a wonderful host, and the whole team is consistently top-notch. Always love my stays here — highly recommend!

Even with a checkin snafu — which the hosts worked hard to rectify — this was a wonderful, bright condo to stay during SxSW. Clean, modern, great views, good amenities. Would stay again.
