We had a slight hiccup with the cleaning prior to us being there, but it was resolved in conversations with Ned. He was quick to respond and solve the problem. The house itself was spacious and wonderful for our uses. Thanks again Ned!

The home is absolutely beautiful, but the surrounding area is sketchy. Heard a lot of gunfire and emergency response vehicles during my 30 day stay, more than average and I have lived in Detroit and Los Angeles area. The home is very close to downtown Durham and walking distance to North Carolina Central University. The home is very inviting and comfortable w/ a theater room and a smart TV in most rooms, including master bathroom. Downstairs bedroom is not a smart TV and would not work as it needed an antenna, firestick, Roku stick, or other external HDMI device to view channels. The front porch is inviting along with the back deck and firepit in the backyard. Home well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. All appliances are newer. Home has ample towels and face clothes within the 3 full bathrooms. Beds are extremely comfortable, but linen is limited. Office is bright and comfortable w/ stationary workout machine. Home also has a Peloton in living room next to fireplace.

An excellent stay! We were a group of four attending a conference, and this home was perfect, with each of us having our own room and bathroom—exactly what we were looking for. The location is great, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and Sam was very responsive throughout our stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that one of the bedrooms appeared to be a child’s room. While it had its own bathroom and a large bed, it felt a bit out of place for the setup. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

The place was beautiful and clean. We went to a concert at Lenovo Center and were actually able to walk it was so close. There’s a few nice antique shops close by and it’s just down the street from a lot of great restaurants. Rob was a great host!!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Chelston's home! Not only was it a fantastic location, but also he was one of the most kind and responsive hosts we've ever had. The home itself was a wonderful balance of homey, comfortable, and luxurious. The kitchen was a dream (better equipped than any other rental I've ever stayed in) if you plan to do some cooking (as we did); the towels and beds were lovely; and there were just so many small touches throughout that made it a welcoming place to be. We're already hoping to return to Carrboro and will absolutely stay here again if possible. Highly recommend.

Nice quaint place in a quiet friendly neighborhood.

We appreciated having a location to stay while remodeling was being done on our house. We were glad pets were allowed and our cat and dog settled in after a day. Much time was spent going back and forth between our own house and the airbnb, so we also appreciated how easily everything was labeled, laid out and clean so we didn't have to spend time communicating with Abigail, although I'm sure she would if we needed.

We had a great stay in this tranquil setting. We saw deer and loved accessing the Bolin Creek Greenway. Very convenient to shops and restaurants and Kenan Flagler, which my son came to visit. We also went to a basketball game and the Heels won in a nail biter!

Garricks place was perfect and just what I was looking for, he responded quickly.

Ashley's place was great! It was clean, had everything we needed and both beds were extremely comfortable! She was super responsive and friendly. And the welcome basket was above and beyond. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, the cottage was sweet and had everything we needed plus some. Rain is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful!! I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Erin’s place. It was so cute and comfortable and nicely decorated with so many thoughtful touches! She keeps a whole game closet full of games, bookshelves with great books, beautiful wooden children’s toys. Comfy beds, extra linens and blankets, a really well-stocked kitchen - absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed. In addition, it was a stylish - Erin has great taste in art and furnishings. The bunnies we could see from the kitchen window were a thrill. They were so fun to watch frolicking! Erin was friendly and kind and thoughtful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking to visit the TRIANGLE/ Durham.

The apartment was perfect! The work space was great and it already has a display screen. Mohmeet checked in during my stay and was very proactive. I will definitely stay here again. The walls are pretty thin. It didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper it could be a bother.

Jeanette’s place was perfect! Super peaceful and quiet, amazingly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Jeanette was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We 100% recommend and would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area :)

This house was exactly as pictured with good space for four of us to all have our own room. It was well equipped with supplies and Mary/Joe were very responsive and helpful.

Lina’s cottage was just what we needed to spend a spontaneous night out of town, away from responsibilities and to simply relax in the serene surroundings of her gardens and the private wooded location. I read the descriptions, knew exactly what we were getting, and loved every bit of our stay! The screened in porch was a lovely spot to drink a morning cup of coffee, the garden a lovely spot to sit and listen to the stream running nearby (had we started the evening stroll earlier we likely would have lit the fireplace). The space is an attached bedroom separated from the main house and you have a bathroom across the hall, which was only for us to use (no massage clients were there). The place was so quiet and clean. Lina had put bottles of water, oranges, some English muffins and creamers in the refrigerator for breakfast. There is a Keurig machine and she had plenty of options , along with snack bars. We enjoyed our quiet retreat, and were only 12 min from great food! Will be

I have been in Barbara’s place several times and always come back, her place is cozy and located in a beautiful natural place. She is also a great host and you feel at home. I would highly recommend.

Wiene’s place at 200 Britton Drive is an absolute gem. Tucked away in a beautiful private setting, the property is full of artistic charm—especially the upcycled garden art, which gave the space such a creative and welcoming vibe. I arrived late in the evening to candles softly glowing and fresh strawberries waiting—such a thoughtful touch! The communication was hands-down the most responsive and helpful I’ve ever experienced with any host. And the biggest surprise? Strikingly beautiful, socialized peacock roaming the grounds—what a magical, unforgettable highlight! If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and a host who truly goes above and beyond, this is your place. I can’t wait to return!

This cabin is bright and cozy, the environs idyllic, and Daniel was extremely responsive and went the extra mile checking in on us when snow was predicted before our stay and making sure the steps were de-iced and the boot tray was handy. very comfortable and convenient!

this place is awesome for fisherman looking to fish all the surrounding lakes then come back and fish the pond and hang out around the firepit with family and friends..the house and property are beautiful and comfortable

OUTSTANDING!!! I would live there if I could! Liz was VERY responsive within 5 min max while I was there. The home itself is so cute, clean, comfortable and the area is quiet. I had everything I needed and all of the instructions were very detailed and easily understood. The first night it rained and the sound on the roof could of put me to sleep. The outside fenced in area was comfortable and if I had of brought my pet it would of been enough room for him to play and do his business. This is by far my favorite place and host!! Thank you Liz!!!

A wonderful secluded little cabin that's also near everything. The mid century interior made me feel right at home. The restored bathroom is especially nice, with great thick towels. The host thought of everything I would need. The only caveat is the driveway is a bit narrow and can be challenging backing out. Also walking down the steps to the cabin is a bit precarious especially if you’re carrying a lot of bags.

Peaceful country setting so close to downtown! Super cool space too. Lots of attention to detail.
