It was great a stay. The place was clean and had a great homey atmosphere.

Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Check out our previous reviews from July 2024 and February 2025 - as it covers our wonderful experience here. Jim and Peggy are absolutely wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality has truly made our ongoing experience here very memorable. We can't thank them enough for making us feel right at home!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

I personally met Eric and Blair and they were both very gracious and very friendly.We had a great conversation and shared many common thoughts and experiences. I would not hesitate in recommending their lovely accommodations to family and friends.

We have been to many AirBnbs over the years. We can say without hesitation that this was the most comfortable place we have ever been to. The space was super comfy, well appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within a few blocks of Greensboro shopping. We went out to a couple of great restaurants, the Green Valley Grill for dinner and Mimi's for breakfast. The zoo is awesome. If we are ever in this area again, this is the place we will choose. I’ve lived exclusively in Airbnb’s for the past year for work. This is by far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. I would very highly recommend Joy and Eric’s places they are super friendly, very helpful and offer an amazing place to stay.

The place was nice. No issues that the host couldn't solve. Definitely will see about staying here again.

Christian was great and the place was great and as described. Not a knock on Christian or the rental, but be aware the furnishings are very minimal and the couch/beds could be a bit more comfortable, but you get what you pay for and the price is very fair for this rental. Convenient location and Christian was great with communication.

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

I had an excellent stay, all three days were fabulous. They place was wonderful, the neighborhood was clean and safe. Close to restaurants, stores, gas and more. For the price absolutely completely satisfied with everything. Everything from check-in to .y stay and check out was fantastic. Hosts were very communicative from start to finish. I greatly recommend them to anyone that wants to stay a home away from home, this is your place. Everything up to date and some. Anything you could need they have. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Gina’s place. It was absolutely perfect! Not one complaint. It was super cozy and warm because it was so cold! Definitely recommend!

Great place in a safe, quiet neighbor. Loved being close to the military park and also having an assigned parking space. Condo is comfortable and quiet. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. This was a nice place for a long-term stay.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

We had a dance competition this past weekend and stayed at the condo because it was within walking distance to the Carolina Theater. The condo was very clean and large enough to accommodate two children and two adults. The host was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this was a great location and value. Enough space to spread out, cook meals, and get a good rest.

The place was clean, the area quiet and the shopping center very convenient with a variety of shops. Karim was kind polite and accommodating, if I’m ever in the area again I hope his spot is available.

Loved my stay, I stayed there with some family for four days and it was amazing. The house was just how it was described beautiful neighborhood. The house was very clean, felt very comfortable, the instructions were very clear for check in and check out. Will definitely be staying there again, highly recommend.

Karen was great, she was friendly and responsive! The stay was nice and anything you need was a brief walk away. If I’m back in the area and Karen’s place is available, I will definitely use it again!
