Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. We recently stayed at Lisa’s condo for spring break, and it was super comfortable, cute and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, there were power reclining seats, a small desk, flat screen TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and she even provided beach towels and chairs. It is not oceanfront, but is in a gated beachfront community and the beach was a short walk away. We were delighted by the personal touches: a welcome note with goodies, charging station for our devices, nice supply of towels and even K-cups. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely recommend her place and stay there again!

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

The stay was absolutely amazing, I loved all the space and natural lighting ,everything was easy access and even though sometimes I had to park a little far due to the parking which was said in the details but honestly not bad at all I would definitely recommend this place just be prepared for a workout with the stairs lol but I definitely want to come back to here ,it was quiet and peaceful and felt right at home the host was very responsive and patient with any questions I had to ask

Literally walking distance from the beach. We will be coming again. His response time was very fast and he allowed us to check in early without us asking. Great place, would recommend!

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

The folks at First Coast did an excellent job in setting up last minute accommodations for us. The unit we rented was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. Communication was easy, although there was really nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Would definitely rent from First Coast again.

Perfect condo for a weekend away. My family and I stayed at Roxanne’s place for two nights while in town for a wedding. The condo was close to all of our events, just a few minutes walk to the beach and she had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a small family with children, easy and quick access to the beach with all beach towels and chairs available inside the condo. We loved the place and will definitely consider again on our next stay. Host was very kind and quickly responded to any questions we had. Definitely recommend :)

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

From our first communication, Glenn and Kelly they were very nice very responsive the whole process of checking in went very smoothly. The place was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. It was a very nice area. We felt very much at home and It was far enough out-of-the-way to be private, but very close to everything we wanted to do. A beautiful condo in a very quiet area however very close to restaurants and shops.

We felt right at home with a clean comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beach bag with towels provided. The location was very quiet and felt safe. We loved having access to the pools too! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Great stay at this AirBnb directly on the beach! The location was awesome, steps to the gorgeous beach, and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. Beds were comfy, furniture was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beach umbrella and chairs could be updated as they were broken but just a minor thing. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return!

Highly recommend! We needed proximity to Jacksonville and St Augustine, so this location was great. Plus there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Very comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, kicking back in the recliners, and hanging out on the patio (where we spotted dear across the pond). My 6’5” son appreciated a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed rather than two twin beds. Friendly guards at the gate and convenient access through the lockbox. Great value for the price. We would definitely book again!
