Conveniently located 15 minutes from UT Campus, downtown Knoxville, and only 45 to 60 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

For your added security, we change the deadbolt code between each guest. your door code will be the last 4 digits of your Airbnb registered phone number. that code will be changed at 11am your day of checkout. We have a ring door bell so that we know our guests have arrived safely and were able to get inside, It also let's us know when guest have checked out so we can start cleaning.
