Super responsive when we needed something. The place was very clean and perfect for our stay during the conference. Highly recommend.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

We enjoyed our week's stay. We had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We walked daily on Frankfort Avenue and took the Tarc bus a few times. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Short distance from the airport. We will stay here again on our next trip to Louisville.

Great place! Close to downtown Louisville!

The place was clean and exactly as described.

Staying here was such a pleasure! We were here the entire week and it had all the amenities we needed. First, having a desk with a monitor I could connect to was unexpected and huge for me. The kitchen had all we needed and Brittany left us Louisville treats. The Nespresso machine was a really nice touch and pods, sugar, and creamer were in full supply. The bed was comfy and big. The hangers were nice and nonslip for our formal wear. The medicine cabinet gave us space to put all our toiletries in. We had a washer and dryer and pods to use! Very quiet space except for the train but it does not blow its horn. Everything is so well thought out with all the special touches! Brittany was extremely responsive and helpful! Having shops nearby was fantastic. I would highly recommend and stay again!

Such a cozy spot we are sitting happy we found this place during our stay!! Everything was so clean and organized. The location was adorable and made us really appreciate how beautiful Louisville is. I can’t recommend this spot enough!!! 🖤

Our stay at Lynn’s place was enjoyable from beginning to end. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely return to her home for future accommodations while visiting the Louisville area.

What a great place to stay! The house is very nice, very clean and has everything you’ll need. The house is conveniently located close to great shops and restaurants in Jeffersonville and only a five minute easy drive to downtown Louisville. Noel was a great host! He provided all kinds of suggestions/information about the house/the area and responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place for your trip to Jeffersonville or Louisville!!

We had a great stay here during our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. Location was also perfect, right near the highway so we could get to the Expo center easily. Brandon is a great host. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Old Louisville. The studio was very clean and tidy, check in using the keyless lock/code was easy thanks to the clear photos and instructions. Leenette was a helpful host, she gave us some great local recommendations and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Ashley & Mark

Stayed here for Derby weekend and was everything we needed and then some for a very reasonable price as compared to similar listings. Hoss was very friendly and communicated quickly whenever we needed something; he went above and beyond to make this a memorable and welcoming stay for us.

This house we great for large groups. We originally had 11 people coming but ended up with only 8. The house was older with a ton of character. It looks like it is a very up and coming neighborhood that has had a lot of work done to it. We came in for a work trip at the expo center and this house was only a 5 minute drive to it each day. Hot tub was awesome and back yard was nice. Will look at renting this house again for next years convention.

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

This was our second stay here and Marianne was terrific, as was her home. If we are back for the same tournament in 2026, we can’t wait to stay again. Lovely place, lovely and responsive host!

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

This place was great! Very clean, modern, and in a good area. It was walkable distance to restaurants and bars or a short drive to some of the other areas we really like in Louisville. Had all the amenities we needed, and would be good for a longer stay as well. Had waters waiting for us in the fridge and provided coffee which is nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Great space in up and coming neighborhood. Felt safe enough to walk downtown and to the river with no issues. Would stay again for sure.
