Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood near wonderful restaurants. Home is very tidy and clean.

This was a perfect place for family vacation. Love the private backyard for kids and place for sitting outside for barbeque. The inside was spacious for moving around love the decor made me feel like I was at home. The kitchen was great made me feel like a Chef all week preparing meals for family. Will definitely come back again and recommend to others that visit the Memphis area. Not to far from Airport which is a plus when catching flight . Nice and clean inside and outside for your stay. Well pleased ❤️ In additional great communication skills for any feedback during the stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Huey's! The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after our daily adventures. Huey's offered all the necessary amenities, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garage was a fantastic bonus, especially with the storms during our visit—it was great to have a secure place for our car. The thoughtful provision of snacks and drinks was much appreciated and added a special touch to our experience. We were looking for an authentic Mud Island experience, and Huey's delivered that to the tee. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Huey's to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable visit.

This was our second stay at this house. It works great for our needs. Would recommend it to any family that needs a safe and convenient place to stay.

April was a great host, super responsive and welcoming. Two of our kids loved staying in the "secret" 4th bedroom. Spotlessly clean house. Quiet, safe neighborhood location that is a short drive to Memphis fun activities

I travel a lot, and this is one of the cleanest and most charming air bnb's I've ever stayed in. I was only there a couple of nights, but it felt like home and I was honestly a bit sad to leave. It's nicely decorated without feeling cluttered. It's updated, while still retaining the original historic character of the home. The kitchen was well stocked, nice toiletries in the bath ... all the basics, plus some thoughtful extras like make-up wipes and premium coffee pods. The bed I slept it was very comfortable. My only issue was that the television only worked part of the time as there was a disconnect with the internet issue, which the owner has agreed to address right away. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay at this 2F apartment within walking distance to everything I needed while in Memphis. Host was on top of communication and super friendly.

This was a great place to stay! We came into town with 8 friends to see two concerts at FedEx Forum and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable, with 3 king beds, plus a room with 2 bunks. Perfect for our crazy group. The living areas were also comfortable for all of us, with plenty of seating in the kitchen area for those who couldn't fit on the two couches and chairs to watch the SEC Championship game before heading out for the night. Central Gardens is totally walkable, and within half a mile of the best parts of Memphis, from Overton Park to Overton Square to Midtown to Cooper-Young. Ben was very responsive to my questions, and even offered up the basement for my buddy who had some storage bins in the back of his pickup he didn't want to leave outside or carry up the stairs. I will say, the stairs are steep and windy up to the property, so it might not be best for older folks with difficulties climbing stairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was fine, from communication to check-out. The accommodation looks just like in the photos, the neighborhood is quiet and, above all, safe. The only thing I would point out is that the floor of the house hadn’t been cleaned, although everything else was clean. The pedestrian gate is a bit difficult to open; we had some trouble with it because it’s old and worn out.

I loved this space! I've been "doing" Air bnb for nearly a decade and this one stands out because of all the little touches that express how much Annie wanted to create a unique and welcoming experience for her guests. Many hosts don't do much for decor or amenities. This place has character and history; great art, everything one would need to cook, little treats and more!

if you are reading this review & looking to book just go ahead and book! 10/10 i will recommend and definitely keep this place in mind when visiting memphis again! very helpful communicating host!
