Had a crowd and everyone was happy with the house and its location. Close to Germantown and Collierville. It was perfect for our visit with family. Close and easy access from 385 and I240. Very happy with this property. John was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. Great place.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. She offered extra towels, extra linens, trash bags and etc! We were only here for a short time. But it was wonderful and very pleasant. It was like we were right in our own Texas home!!! Thanks Diana! We greatly appreciate the hospitality!

We had 9 people and the hosts were more than accomodating. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to sleep in and we had 2 washers and dryers! We were in town for a swim meet so having the extra laundry was a plus! The kitchen/dining area was very spacious and able to accomodate our large group.

We enjoyed the space, the pool was an added addition, my grandbabies loved it. If ever in that area again, I would stay here again. We just had to get use to taking our shoes off when entering.

Brandy's house was perfect for our needs. Tastefully decorated. Clean. In a safe feeling neighborhood. Plenty of comfy pillows, extra blankets, towels. Very close to eateries and stores but not so close that you feel in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Memphis area. We felt very comfortable, safe and at home!

Abby’s place was clean , well furnished and comfortable for our stay ! She is very responsive and we would go back anytime ! Location is also great to downtown Memphis and St Jude’s children’s hospital .

Comfortable and clean. The house accommodated all of my family traveling from different states. The kitchen was clean and had the basic necessities to prepare meals. We will return to Memphis next year and plan to book again.

I traveled alone to Memphis with my two dogs, so I wanted to make sure I was in a decent neighborhood. Theresa and Russ assured me that this was safe, and I also confirmed the neighborhood with someone in the trip advisor forum. I’m so glad I stayed here! First of all, the place is just cute as it can be and so tastefully decorated. Everything was carefully arranged, well thought out and clean. And the back yard was so wonderful for both the dogs and I. They loved chasing the squirrels and birds and I loved the Edison bulb patio lights and patio. The yard was large and fenced in. The hiuse was just a few blocks from Overton park/the zoo/college of art/Memphis museum of art, also Overton Square and Coopers Young area for dining. It was also only about five miles to downtown. Finally, Theresa and Russ were so kind and left hostess gifts for my dogs and I. The dog scarves are a keepsake. They gave recommendations on where we could dine together and were patient in answering my questi

First time in Memphis for a food festival and this location was great. There were no issues with the home. The home was as listed. The pictures of the home was as listed. If we return to Memphis I would rent again. If you are planning a trip to Memphis I would recommend you staying here.

Would definitely stay here again if ever going back to the Memphis area. It was clean, convenient and the hosts were friendly and responsive.

The house was nice, very spacious, and convenient to downtown and sight seeing that we wanted to do. The host was responsive when we needed to communicate, and provided very precise instructions prior to arrival and prior to check-out.

I rented this unit for several weeks while on a long term project in the Memphis area. The pictures do not do justice to this home. This is a very nice end unit in a brand new development, and everything in the home is brand new and tastefully curated. The location is very convenient with easy access to pretty much everything the Southaven area has to offer. Sakinah was very responsive and easy to contact, and the check in process was simple and easy. Because the home is so new, there are limited items in the kitchen - there is just enough cookware etc, and it is all clean and new and serviceable, but could use some additional items to round it out and make it a more "at home" experience. Again, it is a brand new home, so this will no doubt improve over time as items accumulate. Overall a great rental experience, and I would highly recommend!

Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We had a great stay while visiting Memphis. Rachel was very communicative. We really appreciated the extra amenities like laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. We were a little nervous about the location at first, but after settling in, it felt very like at home and safe.

Older house but lots to do and felt like home. Not far from stores and restaurants. Hosts were nice and understanding. Just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house.

This was a wonderful home in a great location, and the host was super responsive and helpful. This airbnb was spotless - probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped which was very helpful as we needed to make several meals at home. There were plenty of towels and nice toiletries as well. The attached garage was easy to access and very convenient. This was a wonderful home away from home.

The home was fantastic. We were able to commute to both of our projects easily. It was very peaceful and clean. The living room was amazing and spacious. The beds were more comfortable than a 5 star hotel. All of the linens and towels were amazing and we were able to use a fully equipped kitchen which is a major selling point for me. No clutter, very spacious, very clean. Thank you for a amazing stay.

I really can't say enough about how gracious and kind Gabe was to my family and me. Everything was extremely beautiful and clean. Gabe responded to any message I sent timely. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend this host.
