I had a positive experience during my stay at Vincenzo's property. The unit was impeccably maintained, and the cleanliness was evident throughout. The property is managed as a hybrid hotel and Airbnb, which provides the convenience of hotel-like amenities while offering the privacy of a private residence. Guests should note that, similar to hotel accommodations, check-in procedures are required, and the unit remains exclusively theirs for the duration of their stay. One area for improvement would be the bathroom, which could benefit from a remodel. There is visible black mold on the ceiling, and the hot water supply requires a wait time of approximately 20 minutes before it reaches optimal temperature. Additionally, water pressure can be inconsistent, which may pose a challenge for some guests. We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

The Oceanside Hotel + Suites are clean and beautiful, and the staff hospitable and friendly. I was able to enter the room an hour before listed check-in time. On the day of our checkout, the hotel staff were happy to give us new towels for the day and wristbands to access their other hotel location, where we spent the day before flying home. The cleaning staff came more often than advertised. Overall my stay was fantastic. Note that we were charged a $34/day resort fee, not included in the listed Airbnb price.

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The room inside is comfortable and it is equipped with everything we needed, even towels and beach chairs on the beach. I also loved the location, it was close to a lot of different stores and places to buy things but far away enough to be relaxed. I highly recommend this place

A Hidden Gem as been said before. Well maintained and clean. Had our one complaint and The host is welcome to email me about it lovely and charming and a great value. Do not bring anything other than a mid to small sized car for parking. Good restaurants and Starbucks walking distance. Thank you Camilo ☺️

This place was just like the pictures. The free breakfast was kinda a joke…. Toast, hard boiled eggs no butter no jelly. The room was amazing!!! Jetted tub and shower beautiful view. Would absolutely stay again
