We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Dreamweaver. Lisa was a great hostess and was very quick with responding. The location of the unit is about 4 blocks from Broadway with a safe walking route. The unit is one level up from the pool with the majority or the windows facing the pool and patio. The unit was very spacious and super clean. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds but are either queen or full size. The water pressure can be a little low at times but I would stay here over and over again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience over all.

This apartment is very centrally located to everything you would want to do in Nashville! It was spacious, clean, and well stocked with essentials (coffee pods, sheets, extra pillows and blankets, paper towels, etc.) The WiFi did not work upon arrival, but we reached out to the host and he immediately gave us an alternate. The amenities in the building were nice too. A great place to stay and we will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great it’s just a few blocks from the arena, Broadway, country music hall fame and many other attractions.

Carlos’s listing was perfect! It is conveniently located (10 minute walk to Broadway). It is in a quiet area so you are close enough to the fun but can get away from the loud buzzing of Broadway. Condo was perfect for our stay. Also, Carlos is very responsive and super friendly. He answered any questions we had fast. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Perfect little spot to explore East Nashville. Comfortable and great for a long weekend for 2. There was some noise transfer from the apartment above, so just be prepared with white noise or ear plugs in case there happens to be someone there at the same time. But nothing major. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed, massive shower.

Gathered in Nashville for a girls trip/reunion and Christopher and Brittany’s place was perfect! You can’t beat the location. It was walkable to Broadway, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked with plenty of towels, bathroom items, dishes, etc. Having 2 sinks was awesome with 4 ladies getting ready. It was clean, which is always super important to me. It’s a pleasant view into the courtyard with pool. The hosts were so responsive and nice and had great local suggestions. Having luggage storage available was really convenient too. Definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay! A short walk to Broadway. We had axe throwing next door! Super secured building. The front desk was so helpful. Just a great stay! Can’t wait to go back!!

We absolutely loved the place and our Host was 10/10 also and we plan on staying here throughout the year!!!!!!! P.S . Our host also went over and beyond and help me decorate for my wife birthday before we even arrived and my wife loves it y’all please use those services also……. everything was just perfect

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Highly recommend Matthew’s place! Beautiful area, nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do in Nashville was close by and it was the perfect centralized location. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for groups of every size!

We spent four nights at Matthew’s place. It was exactly as described and depicted in his listing. Roomy, comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location - easy drive or Uber to all of Nashville’s neighborhoods. Had amazing coffee and pastries every morning at Badu coffee shop (just around the corner). Matthew is an exceptional host! Extremely friendly and responsive.

This was a perfect home for our family of adults to land while enjoying Nashville! We had our own private spaces and a comfortable central hangout too. Sadly we were not in town long enough to take advantage off all that Zack had set up for us. Next visit we will be sure to make time for billiards and the fire pit. We did love the back yard and convenience to all things Nashville. Zack was super about reaching out before, during and after our trip as well as responding to questions very quickly! We would definitely visit this home again. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Elijah’s place! Elijah was very responsive and a wonderful host. He made sure we were stocked with all the essentials & answered all of our questions rather quickly! The place was very clean. The decor & karaoke machine was a hit for our bachelorette trip! The location was also very convenient (grocery store/coffee shop within walking distance) Broadway was also a 10 min drive! Thank you so much for making our trip one to remember —I definitely recommend his place & I hope to be back someday!

Stayed here with 2 others for a girls trip. It was great to have separate bathrooms! Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet at night, deck is super cute for morning coffee. Lots of walkable stuff, would stay here again.

Ryan and Sarah were great hosts! They made wonderful recommendations on places to eat and things to do. They were quick to respond and even made a house call to replace something. We were extremely pleased with the home and its amenities. The outdoor area was very nice. This is a great getaway for couples, families, and friends. It’s a short uber ride to dt and the Gulch. Our favorite restaurant, Noko, was a 3 minute drive and our favorite coffee place, Ugly Mugs, only 5 minutes from the house.

Katie was a great Host. We had a group of 8 and we had plenty of room. We were not on top of each other. Enjoyed the Shuffle board upstairs. Very Beautiful home. Will definitely stay again.

The place was perfect and is as shown in photos. The latch app works easily and makes check in and out very simple. Hosts are very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The place is centrally located and convenient to anything you’d want to do and very well appointed. Pool was nice with comfortable furniture as was the balcony. 10/10 would stay again!

From start to finish, Wendy was a wonderful host. Her response time was very fast and she was super clear. The place was gorgeous and a wonderful view! We had trouble with loud guests right above us but the building security was really supportive and helped take care of the rowdy guests. One direction leaving the building was a bit sketchy, a lot of homeless people (during daylight hours), but we always walked with a few of us and nobody ever bothered us. We would definitely come back!!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The place was beautiful and Chris was very responsive. The train didn’t bother us as some of the other reviews said. There was a sound machine and I’m sure that’s why. We did have a bit of trouble getting in at first. I wasn’t familiar with the Latch app but Chris called me via FaceTime and walked me through it. The only parking that was free was street parking. We found it right out front on the first day but then it was harder. There is a mission down the street so walking to the place at night made me a little uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people out there but there were also so many others around that it was completely fine during the day. Just the night made me nervous because we had kids with us. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Chris was a wonderful host.

After reviewing many locations, we chose this spot because previous guest had written great reviews AND the HOST was incredibly responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions and provided great detail and made us feel confident in our decision to rent. The entire process was so easy. The Host took great care in the accommodations, providing fun QR codes with information on activities within 1 mile of the property. The building was secure, and even though it was located quite close to the train and a shelter area, we still felt quite safe. The noise level was not a problem, but if it had been, they had provided little jars full of earplugs, but again, it was not an issue. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was bright and full of color. The condo was located on the 2nd Floor which provided easy access to the Gym, Lounge, extra bathrooms and pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Property if you are planning a trip to Nashville. Will stay here again!

Great location! Coffee shop right up the street! Short walk to Broadway Orlando was wonderful he responded so fast and was extremely helpful! You need a code to get on the elevators and a gated parking garage so it felt very safe The door was difficult to lock from the outside, like when we left the room! But once you figure it out it’s simple! Overall absolutely fabulous! Worth the cost!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!
