My wife came to visit me while I’m temporarily at NAS Pensacola and we spent the weekend here. Perfect for our needs, will definitely be staying here her next trip down.

My parents spend the Thanksgiving holiday in this home. The place was very clean and the view was nice! The host was super nice and the details for checkin and check out were super clear and easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Andrew and Sofia were my heroes on this trip. They saved me from an unpleasant booking and made the reminder of my week an absolute pleasure. I could not ask for a quicker response time, property and surroundings were just lovely! Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for some meal prep if you're staying in. if dining out is your wish, all the best restaurants are a very short drive away. very highly recommend!!

Olga is a fantastic host, She is very responsive and has lots of knowledge of the area. Condo was clean and in a very convenient location. I would recommend this listing as a very good value for the location.

Constance was great and made every effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It was a short walk with direct access to the beach. sShebeven provided beach towels, toys, chairs and a small cooler. It made the trip so easy with kids.

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

Beth's condo is beautiful! It's exactly as she described. I love how she has her condo decorated. She has good taste! Everything is so well coordinated. I am very particular about my living conditions, and I work hard to make sure we're in a clean place. Well, Beth's condo was immaculate. No clutter. No dust. If you want a nice condo close by the beach, this is the place to stay. I also love that she has an umbrella and chairs for the beach and beach towels. She has everything you need especially in the kitchen. It's a home away from home. We had zero problems!

Staci was very accommodating for me. The WiFi had gone out the morning of our first day there, and with bad weather we expected to be inside for most of the days. Staci changed her cancellation plan and offered us a full refund due to the WiFi being out. If it was under different circumstances we would’ve had a great stay.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

It was my second stay at Sharon’s beach house! This trip was a girls trip to get away from life. Perfect as it was the first time. Close to the beach, great beds and spotless. Why pay the same amount to stay in a high rise or hotel? We’ll be back again!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

The place was amazing! It was clean, bright and open. The location was nice. Not much within walking distance but an easy drive to all the restaurants and local bars and stores. The beach was beautiful and super close. We had such a great time. Hannah is the perfect host, allowed us to check in early, and always responded quickly.

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful on the back deck with the pelicans, seagulls, squirrels and big beautiful blue heron visiting everyday. Loved watching the boats pass. It was close to the main strip, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again

The bungalow perfectly met our needs for a pet friendly Mardi Gras weekend staycation. We were able to enjoy the festivities and have our dogs with us rather than a sitter. Great location for being close to the beach (less than a 3 block walk), the bars/restaurants (also walkable), and was adjacent to the parade line-up (our reason for being out there that weekend). With it being one story, having tile floors and a mostly fenced yard (just the carport is unfenced and we blocked it off to let our dogs run when we wanted to let them play outside) it really was a dog-friendly rental. Will definitely look into booking again for future Mardi Gras weekends and recommend to friends and family traveling with pets. Although, I'm sure all of those features would be great for people with kids too.

Great house, there was plenty of room, even though it was smaller than I expected due to the type of lens used on photos. Nicely decorated, and they even put up a tree and some Christmas decorations which was really nice. Owner was very responsive. We had a great time.

Condo looked just like the pictures. Was on the second floor of a high-rise condo. Pool was pristine. Nice little beach area on the bay side. Thick concrete walls made for a quiet stay (even during spring break). The best part of this condo is how close it is to the boardwalk, the public beach and many restaurants. You can walk pretty much everywhere you want want to go in Pensacola beach from the location of the condo.

Would definitely book again!!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. This is our second stay in Anne's Airbnb. We love the location. The beach is beautiful and you have a view from two balconies. Anne is a really responsive host. She goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable and fill their needs. We sleep like babies when here. And there is the perfect configuration of beds for my husband and I and our daughter's family. It's a bonus having a washer and dryer so you can leave vacay with clean clothes. My granddaughters believed the games and toys were specifically for them. We might stay longer, next year.

Perfect for our weekend needs. Just outside the busy district but a short walk to get to the heart of the beach activities. A short walk to beach access. Clean and tidy. Recommend highly.

We had a great stay! Loved the place and enjoyed the location. It was very clean and cozy and Pete was very helpful and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Great place! Very well kept and clean, exactly like the pictures! Can walk right out to the beach and very close to a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive to our needs of finding the parking passes and let us know of local things going on in the area while we were there. The only problem we ran into I think was it gets a bit hot in the bedroom on the left side, even with the ac turned down, but other than that we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!
