Wow! This place was awesome. We stayed here last minute to visit my daughter & son-in-law for the birth of my grandson, so we really only slept here. That said, it was as clean as my mother-in-law’s house when we visit her. Trust me, that’s saying something. We will definitely try to stay here on future visits to see the kids, and there’s plenty of room for us all to spread out, have them over for dinner, etc. Huge plus is that it seems to be 5 minutes away from virtually everything. Cannon recommend more highly.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

The place was great Bryan was so welcoming and friendly felt right at home will definitely be returning.

Omg I fell absolutely in love with this place!! We needed a place for our last cheer competition and it was perfect ! Lots of places to eat close to everything can’t wait to come back again !!

Stayed in Pensacola for the weekend of the Crawfish Festival with another couple. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and necessities to make the weekend easy. Spent time in the lovely shaded backyard, on the front porch each morning with coffee in rocking chairs, and in the cozy living room. Walked to the festival each day. It was a 1.7 mile walk each way, on sidewalks, through the historic area until we got to Palafox St, where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, and beautiful architecture. Location of the home is wonderful, and it is very well suited for 2 couples travelling together.

Super cozy apartment, in a great location. Easy drive to the beach and downtown.

We loved the visit and so did our dogs. It was much needed and the perfect space for us. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The bed room next to road gets a good bit of traffic noise. That was the only negative and we just turned on a fan.

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Newly renovated. Felt like a brand new house in every room. Great place for us to crash between soccer games. Screened in back porch is relaxing!

Blair’s place was awesome! Perfect space and location. Close to the beach! Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Blair was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Delightful cottage, attractively renovated with upcycled materials. Small but well laid out. Pleasant shaded outdoor space with a small table and two chairs. Owner very responsive. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

What a find! We were traveling through Pensacola and were thrilled to find this beautiful home! So clean and comfy. TVs in each bedroom. Private bathroom for each bedroom. Lovely amenities. Host was lovely and responsive. The perfect experience!

Great location to the beach and all things Pensacola!

The view was awesome. The condo was clean and quiet and the perfect place to spend our vacation. Just a walk across the street to the beach with restaurants nearby. If we needed anything, we just had to ask Brandy. The one thing that would be helpful would have more drawer space in the second bedroom. There was plenty of room to hang clothes, but the shelves above were full of extra blankets and pillows. They’re also was no place really put our clothes away. My husband and I basically lived out of our suitcase this week. All in all I would recommend it. It was a perfect place for a vacation and we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! If we ever come back to the area, I would love to stay there again. There's lots to do in walking distance which was nice!

Sharon’s condo was perfect for our stay. It was closer to beach than I imagined and super clean. She was easy to contact and went out of her way to mail me something I had left behind. Thank you for sharing your place with us. It was perfect!

Beautiful view! Our stay was most enjoyable. The view of the bay was relaxing. All of the amenities Vanessa provided were above and beyond accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks Vanessa!

As a single disabled mother planning her first solo with my daughter, this was an awesome experience for us both overall. I chose this place being there was enough to do on site that if I wasn’t feeling up to venturing out, my child and I could still enjoy. We didn’t make it to the beach, but it never mattered as we spent most of our outdoor time in the pool and hot tub, or out eating lol. The tiki bar was also a favorite of mine and the drinks were perfect, not watered down at all. My most favorite part of the trip was the time I spent on the screened in porch, it was so relaxing and while I sat there and regained my peace, I was even able to enjoy seeing a woodpecker pecking away at the tree in front of me. I live in Alabama but have also resided in Florida….this is the perfect spot and I will definitely come back and have already recommended to others.

We had a great stay! Loved the place and enjoyed the location. It was very clean and cozy and Pete was very helpful and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!
