Really liked how it felt like we had a good amount of space between us and the neighbors, the location of the house is not only convenient to all things we needed but it was a peaceful neighborhood. The host explained everything in a simple and straightforward way and we loved that . We had one request which he accommodated and from there there was no need to communicate with eachother again. This is a good thing , however I was confident that I can easily reach out again. Overall 10/10 place would highly recommend .

Lovely stay at Katherine's house. The driveway was large, easy parking, and it made loading and unloading the car very convenient. We walked to the park at the end of the block, a large grassy area that my dog really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to get to. I was able to meet Katherine, she is a wonderful, friendly host.

The house was lovely and just what we needed as a quiet retreat when visiting with relatives.

This house is adorable - tons of charm in a great neighborhood. We were easily able to walk to the river, coffee shops and restaurants. Great place to crash for the weekend!

Cozy little house in a gated senior community which was quiet and felt safe. Exceptionally clean home. Beds were comfortable. The linens were of great quality. We enjoyed the fireplace on a cold rainy night. I did reach out to Liz upon arrival for assistance with something and she was quick to respond. Overall I would stay here again, it was a comfortable stay and close proximity to the convention center.

Madison's home was spotless and the amenities - coffee, protein drinks, and snacks were such a nice touch, very welcoming. Really appreciated the ice maker, toaster oven, Instapot, good selection of pans, dishes, and spices. It made cooking easy when we decided to stay in. The recommended restaurants and shopping were close. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Madison is a responsive communicator and host. Thank you for a great stay!

My stay was definitely short, I was there for a volleyball tournament near by and it was really close by to this location. Which was awesome. The place was exactly like the pictures. So many beds and so much space. I loved it. Very quiet at night and clean home. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Chris and Jennice. 😁😊

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place was awesome. Fit the whole vibe of that area of Reno and the view of the river was awesome. The convenience of everything being near was also great.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!
