This was our third stay. It is an excellent property. Always spotlessly clean. It is comfortable, well located and has everything you need for a stay. Nhi is a wonderful host. Stays in touch often to make sure everything is ok and to see if we have questions. Can't wait to go back.

I stayed at this charming old house for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The home is full of character, with beautiful architectural details that give it a lot of warmth and personality. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which made me feel right at home. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing—perfect for a short getaway. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back again!

Judy was quick to respond which made the last minute change in reservations easy! No problem with any! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated.

The place literally looks exactly like the pictures! Bathtub , amazing! I also left an item in the home and Deon got it back to me with no questions and very quickly!!! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Stayed here 9 months for work. Anna is a really great host! The location is really central to everywhere I wanted to be in the area, and I would definitely stay here again!

Super nice place and very affordable. Normally I don’t like to stay in back houses or on properties where the host is also living due to lack of privacy, but this was completely separated and we felt just like it was only us. Very well taken care of and beautiful space.

Great stay; great host. First, I booked this home nine hours(!) before we were due to arrive (as a previously booked home fell thru that morning). Melissa was so responsive and so helpful in booking so last minutes. And despite the last minute booking, not only was the home spotless and welcoming upon arrival, she left lovely snacks and beverages and a card ... very thoughtful and meaningful. The house is probably even cuter than the photos and while we didn't use it, the pool is gorgeous and the backyard very well landscaped and appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and dishes. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The house is located in a nice neighborhood that seems very safe and is convenient to the highway and a shopping center. Highly recommend this home!

We had a lovely stay in Sacramento! This home was walking distance to our friends’ house in Land Park and just a short commute to my husband’s office farther North. The hot tub and backyard space were particularly awesome, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed (traveling with a three year-old). The beds were comfy and the rooms tidy and spacious. This property also had a friendly, helpful host! Good food and family-friendly activities were easy to access (the Sacramento Zoo is walking distance!) We will definitely be back.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Justin & Liz are great folks with a great place. Big enough for a family of 4-6, spacious yard, plenty of room with all the fixings. Thanks again.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

As expected. Nice and quiet! Instructions were clear and Christian was very responsive and even proactive into reaching out to make sure we enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for its use. Comfy bed, clear instructions for everything & never heard or saw a car come in or out! Didn’t even look like anyone was ever home in the main house in front! Definitely enjoyed the stay and would stay here again when visiting or passing through Sacramento!

This place was exactly what we were looking for!We traveled out for the CIM Sacramento Marathon and brought my 90 year old grandparents with us. The house was accessible for my grandparents and big enough for each of us to have our own space! We had enough parking for both of our cars and it was not a far drive to downtown. Henry provided all necessary information prior to arrival and was responsive throughout the stay! We would definitely recommend this place or stay again for another Sacramento trip!!!

Cozy, quiet cottage with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Extremely clean. Beautiful backyard. Responsive host.

This place was great for a short weekend stay in Midtown. It’s far enough away from the busier areas but still close enough to walk. The backyard space is great for pets or to just be able to hang out and enjoy the trees. Everything was very easy to access and in great condition!

Great house and very nice host helped us with anything we needed. I would recommend to others!
