Josiah, from the jump, was extremely welcoming and communicated the plan of the stay with extreme detail and accommodation. It was such to a level it felt like I've stayed in his AirB&B before. The whole time I felt right at home and he was always a message away. I can't wait to make plans for San Antonio again, I will definitely come back if given the chance!

Rene’s place was wonderful! The house had a very cozy, comfortable, and nostalgic feel to it. It was super clean and spacious, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was conveniently located not too far from downtown or the Frost Bank Center we were there for. The fenced in backyard was a nice bonus for the fur babies to enjoy with us. I would definitely recommend staying at Rene’s place and will definitely be booking here again in the future when we travel back to San Antonio!

We had a wonderful stay! We were expecting rain upon arrival, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we arrived comfortably. The space is charming and unique, especially with the upstairs area. Everything was easy to locate, and the hosts were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this cozy spot for your stay!

Stayed for a night and this place was great. Nice neighborhood, easy parking, large house, nice backyard, no clutter. Exactly as described and commutation with host was easy! I chose this place so my small two dogs could have some peace and a place to run around. This place was perfect for my family.

This home was great for our four families! Something for all of our kiddos to do! One second they were out back playing golf, the next they were upstairs playing the arcade games, and then in the garage playing basketball and pool! There was so much fun going on they didn’t know where to start! It was about 8 miles from Sea World, which is where we spent our Saturday for our little’s birthday. However, tell me why our boys were ready to leave Sea World and head back to the house to play! That should tell you all you need to know about how much fun our families had here! We will definitely be staying again in the future! One thing I would add to the listing (unless it’s there and I missed it) is that all the rooms are upstairs. We took my 87 year old Grandmother and didn’t realize all the rooms were upstairs. Even so, we were able to get her up and down. She too loved the house! Thank you so much for having us!

The house was nice and comfy felt like home, the AC unites worked amazing, Although the beds were small but comfy and clean , glad our other guest didn't join we slept in different rooms , and I only recommend updating the pet policy , online it says pets are welcomed and on the Casita booklet it says no pets for future rentals, buy other then that it was amazing close to downtown.

New home in historic district is a wonderful place to stay when visiting San Antonio! It’s such a comfortable and clean home perfect for four people. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and great kitchen. It was so close to everything. It was a perfect place to come back and rest awhile to charge back up for the next adventure. Jeanette was a great host. Would highly recommend this place to visitors coming to San Antonio!
