We were very impressed by this place! Location is perfect from Downtown San Antonio/Riverwalk - about 5 minute drive. We had our own rental car so it was easy for us to get to & from places. Parking was great for us. We were there for a business training event & was pretty much out majority of the time. Yet the times we were able to relax, parking was always available right up front. Super easy to find the location. We also got to enjoy the amenities (pool & gym) during our stay which is very nice + clean. We met some other tenants along our stay & they were super friendly. Even recommended us a few restaurants to dine in during our stay. Our host Q was very responsive & able to accommodate any of our needs / answered our questions in a very timely manner. Check in instructions/overall location went very smooth. The bed was super comfy & honestly we felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in town! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! Great price for the location. We stayed for two nights for a convention for school. Could walk easily to so many places and suuuper close to the river walk. Felt very safe, which was important to us since we were just two girls staying so close to downtown. The host was very communicative and helpful! We didn’t know it was going to be fiesta weekend when we booked but had no issues with parking or traveling thankfully! Would stay again and recommend to friends’

Lina’s place is in the absolute best location in San Antonio. We hardly moved our car out of the parking lot, everything was walkable along the Riverwalk, and the walk is so beautiful! We loved the amenities available at the complex, and enjoyed the pool, gym, and pool table. Lina was extremely proactive in communicating the check-in and check-out process. We hope to be back again soon!

Sandy's spot is in a nice area by a trail and part of the river. There is a little burger restaurant very close by. Very close to the river walk and Alamo. The check in was very simple. The home was well kept and no issues. Would recommend to anyone visiting or traveling through San Antonio.

Thomas was a very responsive host. He quickly responded to all of our questions. We were just a few miles from the riverwalk area and we were able to drive and uber to the area very easily. We lost internet connection for a brief period and Thomas had already notified his internet provider to get the issue resolved. Having the coffee and purified water was a very nice touch. I love my morning coffee, so it was nice to not have to worry about purchasing this. The area was very quiet as well. We would definitely stay at Thomas’s rental if we return to San Antonio.

The stay was awesome just wish the check out time was a little later since the check in time is at 4pm. The stay was great it’s close to everything and everything is in walking distance.

The apartment was gorgeous 😍 with a lot of natural light coming in from the windows. The view from the windows to downtown San Antonio was super cool 😎. It was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. Attractions were just walking distance. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The space was modern, very clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was friendly and responsive. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting San Antonio and would happily stay here again on our next trip!

We stayed at Minette's place for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Minette was a wonderful host, very responsive, met us to make sure we were familiar with the house features. The location close to the Riverwalk, Blue Star, various restaurants and downtown was wonderful. Lots to do in walking distance. The neighborhood was lovely and quite. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the three bathrooms were a plus for three ladies. Comfortable beds and sitting area. Would highly recommend.

It was a good spot. Definitely will hit again if I ever go over there.

This was our second visit to the River House and once again, it was a treat! We just LOVE this home. The decor is so vibing! Very…eclectic? Bohemian? Perfect, for our family. There are only two possible drawbacks to be aware of: both bathrooms are only accessible through a bedroom and aside from one king bed, all the rest are twin beds. We love San Antonio and are so glad we’ve found the River House to use as our “base”!!

I was so excited to stay at Todd's house however I didn't have a chance due to my delay flight in Phoenix and ended up canceling my stay. Todd had been so great in communication with me throughout the day including late night because my original flight schedule to landed in San Antonio at 11pm. Todd offered to stay up late until I got to the house.

Eryca was a proactive, responsible host. The location is clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient (2-3 minutes from the interstate; less than 20 to the airport). I had a great time here; just wish it was warm enough outside to have enjoyed the pool! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Daniel’s place was fantastic! Check-in was super easy, and the house looked exactly like the pictures. As a self-proclaimed clean freak, I appreciated how spotless everything was, it made settling in so effortless. Great communication, too! All the amenities worked perfectly with no real issues. Just a heads-up, the hot tub takes a good while to heat up. Not a dealbreaker at all, but good to know in advance. The house backs up to a golf course, which offers some amazing views. The golfers were so kind to our kids, one even stopped to play catch with them for a bit, turning out to be such a fun and unexpected moment. Overall, we had a wonderful time and felt completely at home. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in San Antonio!

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

The host was so very responsive, he made us feel at home. The place was so comfortable and charming. He is quick to respond, checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay. I will absolutely stay again.

Great place, very quiet, yet walkable to great restaurants and some fun food truck yards. Ramiro was great, quick to respond and help with any questions or needs we had while staying here.

Great stay in SA. Condo was as described and pics were accurate. Gym was great for daily workouts!! I highly recommend!

The location is fantastic and exactly as described. It's a very dog-friendly area, with a dog bar within walking distance, along with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Access to the riverwalk is convenient and inviting, making it a great spot to explore. However, the check-in process was disappointing. I had contacted the owner on the morning of our arrival to request an early check-in, which he agreed to—allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled time. We drove in from Wisconsin and timed our arrival accordingly, but upon reaching the property, we were left waiting until the actual check-in time. Had we known the early check-in wouldn't be honored, we would have adjusted our plans to avoid sitting around for an hour. This was not an ideal start to our trip. Despite that hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the area. If you choose to stay here, I recommend planning to check in at the scheduled time rather than relying on an early check-in agreement
