The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

A deluxe apartment in a period villa a few steps from the city center, with private parking and a lush garden shared with few neighbors. This airy, recently renovated space is tastefully furnished with artwork and memorabilia from the Fratellini family, renowned circus performers of the last century. It is managed by Christian, an experienced host & heir to the Fratellini family, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design.

Di facile accesso dai parcheggi data l'assenza di gradini lungo tutto il percorso sino al piano terreno. Dotato di tutti i comfort per immergesi nell'atmosfera del luogo trascorrendo un periodo sereno e tranquillo sulle prime colline di Dozza. Il mio desiderio è di farvi sentire come a casa. A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Il Castello di Ferrano offers to its hosts the chance of living an unforgettable experience: you will be the only guests in the castle, and everything will be for you (private pool from June to September, gardens etc..). Historical building, surrounded by nature, finely decorated, frescoes/moulding on the ceiling, ample terrace w/ stone and terracotta floor, private outdoor pool.. Good position. Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

Giardino fruibile dagli ospiti della struttura, con piccola piscina dotata di idromassaggio.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
