The fully renovated (2025) cottage offers beautiful views of the sea, easy access and modern looks. Enjoy your time on the terraces and the cosy Sauna, or take a dip in the sea. 3 separate bedrooms (2 in the main building and 1 in the saunacabin) With 2 beds in each and also 2 bedsofas, the place offer space for a larger group. The sauna cabins livingroom/kitchen also doubles a the fourth bedroom as it has a dounble bedsofa. The shore is deep so you can also easily access the cottage by boat.

Luonnonrauhassa voit rentoutua, nauttia aamuauringosta, saunoa, uida, soudella, ulkoilla, patikoida, tarkkailla luontoa tai tehdä etätöitä ympäri vuoden. Mökissä on 2 mh, valoisa keittiö-oleskelutila, makuuparvi, sisä-WC + suihku ja takka. Varusteet: jääkaappi, sähköliesi, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, astiat, TV. Mathildedalin Anttipoffi as 11

Mathildedalin ruukkikylän keskustassa, erinomaisessa kunnossa oleva yksiö 1852 valmistuneessa Anttipoffin talossa. Teijon kansallispuisto reitistöineen sijaitsee ympäristössä. Rantaan ja rannan palveluihin on matkaa 300 m. Keskuspuiston Adventure Golf , padel- ja tenniskentät ovat 500 m päässä, samoin PetriS Chokolate suklaakahvila ja puoti. Meri-Teijon Golf kentälle on matkaa 3 km. Ravintola Terho, kyläpanimo ja Matildan kartano ovat asunnon vieressä. Ilmainen parkkipaikka omalla pihalla.

Mökki / Stuga / Cottage

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. ”Torpet” 1700-luvun loppupuolella rakennettu hirsimökki Dragsfjärdissa. Täällä peltojen laidassa, omenapuiden ja luumupensaiden suojassa olet luonnon helmassa. Mökissä pieni tupakeittiö kaikkine mukavuuksineen ja upea takka. Oma terassi omenapuiden ja marjapensaiden ympyröimänä. Mökkiä ympyröivät metsät, Dragsfjärdin järvi ja meri luovat täydelliset puitteet myös aktiiviselle lomalle. Uimarannalle on vain n. 1km.

You'll have the luxuries of modern facilities combined with old-time feeling in a small village next to its services.
