Wren's Nest, studio in wildlife friendly garden

Located in a small hamlet, close to Cheddar, Wren's Nest was designed by an artist as a rural retreat in a tranquil location. The accommodation has a light, airy feel and has been thoughtfully created in a contemporary style with quirky, personal touches. It is located at the end of our wildlife friendly garden. There is a designated area with table and chairs in front of the studio. A pizza oven is available to use on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner.

Wendale Barn is a beautifully renovated, compact, detached building, the perfect place to relax on the edge of Cheddar. With private patio, decking and stunning views of the reservoir and Glastonbury Tor. Private, romantic, the ideal getaway, with double bed upstairs and sofa-bed in the living room; although it is open plan, so the shared space isn’t private. Access is via a run of steps up the hillside, some garden terraces are up to 1.1m high, without guardrails and there is a shallow pond.

Tucked away in the very heart of the picturesque city of Wells, just moments from the High Street, Cathedral & Bishop's Palace. The Hidey Hole is a charming one bedroom cottage, accessed via a pretty central courtyard. Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

This peaceful 3 bedroom bunglow is located on top of Cheddar Gorge in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Beautiful views of fields and wildlife all around. The Mendip Hills are a popular place for cyclist and walkers. Please be aware that this countryside get away can feel secluded to some. Mobile signal can be poor. However we have a starlink internet connection. Suppling fast speed internet. 3 Bedrooms (King Bed, Double Bed and Small double Bed) 1 bathroom with bath/shower 1 washroom

The site is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, walkers, or those who wish to enjoy and explore the Mendips, the Somerset Levels, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and more. Ample parking, double bed, full kitchen, bathroom, c/heating, log burner, gas BBQ, fire pit, 2 x Bicycles. All in a unique private setting.

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Climb the spiral staircase to relax in the sitting area with views to the Mendips and Somerset Levels and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the super king size bed.

A stylish self contained home within a charming historic house in Cheddar. Ideally located to access Cheddar Gorge & Caves; Bristol, Bath & Wells, the Mendip Hills, and nearby sandy beaches. Newly renovated accommodation provides a comfortable living space with four ensuite bedrooms. The property has private outdoor space; free parking for up to four cars; and is within easy walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Cosy country cottage

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
