Ziggys- Seafront Old Town Margate

Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour. The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.

The Beach House Margate

Situated on the sea wall (30 seconds from the sand) with breathtaking views and an open balcony looking straight over the sea. The house is designed by RIBA award winning architect Guy Holloway, and inspired by the traditional seaside beach hut. There is no other property like it in Margate. The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
