De voormalige spoorwegbedding doet nu dienst als fiets-en wandelpad tot in Brugge.

De locatie is dichtbij de snelweg gelegen wat je buiten kan horen. De studio is heel ruim en gelegen onder het dak en te bereiken via de buitentrap. De studio bestaat uit een inkomhal, leefruimte, keuken, eetplaats, slaapplaats met dubbel bed, badkamer en toilet.
