Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Dublin City Island Cottage

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! Cottage on Bull Island in Dublin Bay. Cottage surrounded by sea with amazing views of Dublin Bay. 10 mins drive to city centre. Golf course next door literally. A city break for nature lovers. There are wonderful walks on Bull Island and several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Really love living in this very special place and hope you enjoy your visit here too.

Our newly renovated, 2-bedroom suite, with a dedicated work space, in a quiet environment, is a home from home for those working remotely. This coastal haven is ideally situated close to the city centre (6km), off Clontarf's promenade. Main street is a 3 minute walk, which has a variety of pubs and restaurants. Dollymount beach and St. Annes park are nearby.
