The apartment is located ten meters from the sea and has access without stairs, and is located on the ground floor. It has been recently renovated and is ready for guests. The location is very quiet and you can have some quite relax comfortably here. Apartment/Stdio is equipped with: queen size bed, private toilet with shower, large TV new model with free/complimentary: Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBOgo included in the service), washing machine and parking on request (please reserve).

The property includes fitness center for guests, it is available for guests every day from 09:00-20:00. Kindly note: Property is not suitable for large groups.

Our house with a total of 6 apartments is located in a small village (quiet location), only 12km from the famous Old Town Dubrovnik. In about 15 min. on foot are two beautiful stone beaches and a small harbor. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find a football field and a bocce field and two small shops.
