Overall, this Airbnb offered a seamless and stress-free experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a well-maintained and comfortable place to stay ⭐️

Rosa was great was accommodating to our requests. The place is quite central to Surabaya and close to lots of places. House is also very big for the price that you pay!

Aldo's apartment was comfortable and convenient for the duration of our stay, meeting our needs wonderfully and including perks like a great view and streaming TV!

We really liked the place. It was perfect for our little family. The rooms are big and the living room is nice and cosy. The kitchen was not complete for our needs though, cause we like to cook. Otherwise it was great. Ibu Shelva and her staff were good people and helped us a lot. Also when there was a little problem when we checked in. We would like to come back one day :)

The host, fadi, is always a great help to guests who are not able to speak Indonesian with quick response and friendly guidance. If there is a problem, the host tries to solve it first. The location of the accommodation is the best place to walk around the pakuwon city mall, especially the swimming pool was really good. During my stay for 1 month, I received a lot of help from the host.

The studio is accessable to the mall, swimimming pools and gym. Plenty of restaurants in the mall if you are lazy to go out. The studio is clean, all equipments and furnitures are working well. Wifi working well. The instruction is clear enough to self check in and out. Enough elevators for guests, eventhough it might need to wait a bit during peak morning and afternoon hours. But overall it is a nice experience.

Great experience to spend my new year's holiday. Located on top of the Pakuwon Mall, and the room is just like the photos. Thank you Kak Aldo as the host, you're very helpful and friendly✨

Esayuri was such a great host. Communicating with her was easy, from booking until check out. And she was a big help too.. The location was great, close to airport, food and nice shopping mall in east Surabaya. Bed was comfortable, we had such a great stay there. The fun part was the swimming pool that we got to use in the 4-stars hotel next door (in the same complex as the apartment - within walking distance). Gym was great too.. Would definitely go back there again in the future. Well done Esayuri! Definitely a great bargain for us :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Jonathan’s apartment, it’s within walking distance to Pakuwon Mall, so you can easily buy foods and shopping. The place is relatively quiet and spacious. The communication is excellent too, he is very responsive if I have any questions.I would like to stay at Jonathan’s apartment again I visit Surabaya again. The place is highly recommended for a staycation with a lot of people. We had a small grill party there, and the environment was very cozy! The host was very responsive in communication and very helpful in helping me organize my holiday plans.
