In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or drive 5 minutes to the golf course (open to public). For DoD Cardholders it is 7 min walk to theater/gym/bowling. A private entrance basement apartment in our home in Montclair, VA, with a locking door for privacy. Minutes from I-95. Shared access to home gymnasium and washer/dryer combo. Entry and exit is through the garage, so you'll have no daily interaction with the hosts unless so desired. The space includes a kitchenette, modern private bathroom, new furniture, and new hardwood flooring. Wifi and Verizon cable are included.
