The stay was amazing and offered quick access into Dublin. The house was pretty, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything, and David gave us great recommendations for our time in Dublin. The in-person introduction was awesome and the whole stay was a great way to spend our time in Dublin!

Lovely house! We made good use of the kitchen and living space. Possible to walk into town from the house although it’s a bit long if you don’t want far distances often. Some of the doors upstairs don’t close all the way and the water pressure of the shower is a bit low. But besides that everything was great!

We loved this home. This little seaside village is an adorable part of Dublin! It’s lovely to stroll the walkways and green spaces along the sea and there are bikes available at the rental! We loved all the little shops, pubs and cafes from Blackrock to Dalkey.Our 4 year old was able to burn off some jet lag on the scooter, swing and on the slide. I wish the rain had held off a bit to enjoy it all more but we did appreciate the amenities for children. There were puzzles, books and stools exactly where you want them when you have a small child. The only inconvenience was that 90% of bedroom closet, kitchen/bathroom cabinet space was unusable. They were either locked or filled to the brim with owner’s personal belongings. We were staying for 5days but traveling for 5wks so it didn’t allow us to unpack comfortably. There was nowhere available to put our toiletries in the bathroom so had to live out of the suitcase quite a bit …not the end of the world- otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Fabulous place to stay, especially for a large group. Kitchen and bathrooms were top notch and the home is large and welcoming. Great dining room with a lovely view of the gorgeous garden. Would love to stay in the warmer months to be able to utilize the amazing outdoor space. Our host Simon made sure we were well taken care of during our stay and was extremely proactive with communications. Thank you for everything Simon! We truly enjoyed our stay :)

It was a nice stay in Mary’s house. She had good recommendations for the area and was very attentive.

Anne place was warm and cozy. We stayed 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Loved all the little touches like the lanterns and goodies left for guests. We will come and stay again for sure

The house was comfortable and well equipped for a family holiday. Cooking and eating at home was easily accomplished! Lots of space to get out of each other’s way or hang together at the large kitchen table or comfy couches in the living room. A short drive or a long walk to the beach. Close walk to the playground, with tennis courts and a soccer net. There is also a large grass area in front of the house for a game of football. Centrally located and easy drive to several destinations and daily activities. Highly recommend!

Wonderful welcome made us feel right at home. A central location easy to get to tourist attractions by car. Very comfortable with facilities for all your needs. Would love to come back again one day if lucky to travel here again.

We had an excellent stay at Muriel’s house! She was extremely helpful with directions, making our trip even smoother. The fireplace was amazing and added such a cozy touch. We also loved the St. Patrick’s Day hats she provided—it was such a fun and thoughtful detail. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at this accommodation, and I really enjoyed my stay both times. I like that it is close to the city but still quiet. It’s within walking distance to the city, but also close to public transportation. The accommodation felt very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others visiting Dublin.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

Die Lage ist einmalig schön am Meer. Mit der Bahn ist man schnell in der City und an verschiedenen Orten am Meer. Natur und Stadt so nah beieinander. Einfach toll! Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung und eine kulinarisch schöne Begrüssung als wir ankamen. James hat sich toll um alles gekümmert. Es gab ein Problem im Bad um das sich James umgehend gekümmert hat. Sehr zuvorkommend und tolle Tipps für Dublin vor der Anreise bekommen. Alles in allem ein Gastgeber, wie man sich ihn nicht besser wünschen kann!! Herzliches Dankeschön an James!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mairead’s place. I brought my 73 year old dad to Ireland for his dream trip to find the land and the ruins of the cottage his great grandmother was born in. As recommended by Mairead I hired Dave Masterson to drive us around the country and he was spectacular. Elizabeth met us at the Airbnb and she was so kind and lovely to chat with about Dublin and other parts of Ireland. We felt right at home. The Airbnb was beautiful and we loved the two outdoor spaces. The location was perfect - within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, parks and museums (which are all free). The area felt very safe and easy to navigate. There is a bus stop close by to take the bus when wanting to go further away. We LOVED this Airbnb and hope we get to return one day. Absolutely gorgeous space, with stunning views of the Liffey river and Dublin. So much to do within walking distance, and Leanne was amazing with her recommendations and quick responses.

I can't explain how perfect this apartment was. We couldn't stop talking about how lucky we were to find it. Not only does everything basically look brand new, but it is one of the most high quality airbnb's we have ever rented. The kitchen is top of the line, the showers have on demand very hot water, and the entire unit has very high water pressure. The garden is so well maintained, and it is a peaceful place to spend time. The unit is literally right across the street from the water, and the views are beautiful. It is very easy to get to downtown Dublin and to take day trips from the location. We will be recommending this Airbnb and Nuala as a host for any of her properties to all of our friends. She literally responded to every one of our requests within minutes and was the most thoughtful host ever. The apartment came fully stocked with everything from coffees, teas, olive oil, and a full set of kitchenware to a medicine box, games, soaps, and more. In a word, it is perfect!

The apartment is a little cramped but the location is unbeatable. I had a HS reunion at the Abbey Tavern, directly across the road so I couldn't have asked for better. Conveniently close to a grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, Church, library, DART, Howth Castle and habor. Can't rate on parking as I didn't have a car. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and bars w/in walking distance. I recommend the Harbor Bar too, full of locals, and the 4 felines (gin, tonic, bushmills and ?). The apartment shared a wall with the gents toilet, so we heard some lively and funny conversations, and the hand dryer. That can be annoying, so bring earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Daragh was great too. We needed a Taxi for Easter Sunday. Daragh gave us a reliable taxi service, and confirmed it as my phone wasn't working. Thanks Daragh. He's a really chill guy. The cleaning ladies were very thorough and helpful.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Perfect location- close to everything, but not right in the middle of the touristy area. Denise provided many local recs and it was such a comfortable place. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. Riaan was attentive and helpful. The place was cozy and private. Loved the country setting. The bed was amazing, especially the electric bed warmer! We had a wonderful time during our honeymoon. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Ireland. Thank you, Riaan, for a lovely stay.

This was one of my favorite AirBnB stays, a delightful apartment with everything I needed and lovely space and light, close to the city and amenities of all sorts. Private and well lit by natural light during the day, and quiet and cozy at night. I hope to stay here again the next time I’m in Dublin.

Amazing place! Thanks David! Very nice to be out of the touristy areas. Great coffee a short walk away at Brindle, not to mention the French press in the kitchen! The Indian restaurant downstairs was amazing! Great walk/jog path along the canal a block away. I hope to get to visit again! Aloha!

Thank you both so much for a lovely stay & for all your help! We thoroughly enjoyed all the extra touches like the beach toys for the kids, gutted we never got time to make use of the kayaks! Rush beach is a gorgeous place, we will miss our evening walks along it. This spot is ideal for a couple of days to journey into the city centre & back - rail journey is so cheap & Rush station was cheap & easy to park at (early morning). Big Tesco a few minutes drive away. This place is a gem :)

Michael’s place was exactly what our group needed! We comfortably fit 4 adults (2 in bedroom one, 1 in bedroom two, and one on the couch). He left us a 10 page booklet with local recommendations and also allowed for an early check in after a redeye flight. The place was clean and spacious and we would certainly stay again!
