I am close to Port Chalmers with views towards the Port which offers beaches, walks, art and culture, restaurants, pubs and parks. The house is close to the bus stop into Dunedin City 10 km away. On the way to the City you pass the Forsyth Barr Stadium and the University. My home is an early 1900's ex railway cottage that now has all the modern conveniences including an HRV system and double glazing so it is warm and dry. Price is for 2 people. Guests can use WiFi, the kitchen, laundry etc.

You will find the location very central, with the museum, Otago University, Dunedin hospital and central shopping district all within easy walk from your accommodation. There are many great restaurants and cafes just minutes walk from the Sahara. Off street parking is available.

Our two storied house is modern, it is double glazed with a radiator heating system. We are semi rural with a wonderful outlook over a golf course, farmlets & native bush. We are close to walking and mountain bike tracks and only 8 minutes drive from the centre city. On Highgate and Roslyn there are a number of cafe's within a five minute drive should you wish to dine out without driving right into the city.
