Newly renovated, it's a rhapsody of wood and leadlight, and has its own bathroom and kitchenette; with high-spec insulation and heatpump/air-conditioning you will be perfectly cosy. Quality furnishings including leather couches, wool carpet and down duvet ensure your comfort.

Set in a private courtyard garden below our own home, you have a warm , compact modern cottage , tiny, but designed for comfort. There are two rooms ; the living area with mini kitchen , and the bedroom with an en suite shower . From the living space and private deck you have views of the sea through the bush garden. Broad Bay on the Otago Peninsula is an ideal base for exploring the local attractions such as Larnach Castle, Albatross Centre and wildlife on the beautiful nearby beaches. .

The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.
