Ginger’s place exceeded our expectations. It was thoughtfully furnished and we felt at home the moment we step inside. Exceptionally clean. Great bedding. Top-of-the-line appliances and more…it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fantastic neighborhood. Easy to find street parking. And Ginger was a phenomenal host. So very kind and made me feel comfortable about renting the place as soon as we started communicating. She was an excellent communicator throughout the whole stay. We will definitely rent it again when we come back to visit our daughter.

Avantika’s penthouse apartment was absolutely lovely. The space was comfortable and well-designed, with beautiful bedrooms and impeccably clean bathrooms. The kitchen was modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. Avantika was incredibly kind, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

We went on a girls' weekend to Chicago, hree adults and three kids. The location felt very safe and was beautiful. We especially liked that we could pull up right at the door to unpack. We took public transportation and were able to get everywhere we wanted to go. It might have been nice to be a little bit closer to downtown, but Thomas's place was so nice, iit made up for the little bit of extra travel time. We would definitely want to stay at Thomas's place again on our next trip to Chicago!

The space is cozy and comfortable, and the views from the room are fantastic. It's a great location, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to transit, and a short walk to the beach at the lake. Check-in and general communication were easy and helpful. Thanks for hosting!

This was a very spacious and clean apartment that comfortably hosted our family of 6 for several days. Having two separate living areas was very useful and allowed our group to spread out a bit. The full-size crib in the extension area off the master bedroom was also much appreciated as we had a 2-year-old with us. The building is on a quiet street just one block from Humboldt Park and two blocks from restaurants and shops on North Avenue. There was a grocery store within 2 blocks. Dubbs was a very responsive host, and we appreciate his flexibility with checkout time. We would happily stay here again.

A great location to explore the beautiful city of Chicago. Highly recommended for first time visitors.

Can't say enough good things about this place! This was our first visit back to Chicago after moving away last year, and we already can't wait to go back (and stay here). I cannot stress this enough -- you CANNOT beat this location. I'm a Logan Square evangelist for life, and this is one of those perfect little side streets that's quiet, tree-lined, with plenty of parking, but also steps away from plenty of things to eat, drink, and do. Other things I loved: the apartment was very clean, the beds were super comfy, and there were lots of board and table games available for us to play. We were there as a family of four and it was just the right amount of space. One of the bedrooms is big enough to comfortably fit a travel crib on the floor (which we did). The kitchen is well appointed and we were able to make most of our meals there. Kerilyn and co were extremely responsive and friendly hosts. We can't wait for our next visit!!

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

This is a great place for the price! The apartment is very spacious and clean. Everything is near the house: gym, Sam's club, Walgreen, community center, Food4Less, etc. The host is very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is peaceful, and you will meet lots of birds, squirrels, rabbits. Wi-Fi connection is extremely fast, perfect for remote workers. The only minus point is that it's pretty far away from downtown, but I think that's a trade-off for the great price!

Great place to stay if you visit your daughter or son at Northwestern. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, super quiet, walkable distance from commodities. The communication with Mihyun was flawlessly, proactive, helpful. She offered flexibility on check in/out time as well as responsive advice on the surroundings. Thank you, Michelle

We had a great experience! It is a private and cozy place with a lot of green around. Gina is very friendly, polite and respectful, her recommendations are perfect for good sightseeing and her coffee is excellent. The house is easy to locate, it is close to the freeways and the airport, if you go by car parking is available. Thank you for hosting us Gina!!

Tony & Diane are so cool. The house is very cute, clean, comfortable, my son was so happy to do weight training... I would to live forever in this marvelous place ! kitchen is very practice, with all you need, maybe more than in my home 😎 in Marseilles, France! . The place is fantastic, clean, and well furnished. Tony and Diane put a lot of thoughts into making the stay very comfortable. The coffee bar with to go cups was a welcome sight in the morning!
