What a great find, Tanya's place was so close to downtown while allowing us to get away from it all. Her cute house what the perfect landing spot for all of our activities while in UNC. Will no doubt stay here again, plus it was very modern, clean and comfortable!

Very thoughtful, spacious living space. Easy to find. Plenty of room for a couple (or more). Everything was as described, tidy and clean. It was tremendous value for our money.

Fantastic stay- unit was well stocked and as described with everything I needed. Hosts were responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. Great area with a lot of activities. Especially enjoyed the balcony views and rooftop pool.

Our stay in Durham was fantastic, and our family of four had a very comfortable experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which we truly appreciated. The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. Juni provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location was very convenient, being close to Downtown Durham, Duke University, Southpoint Mall, and the RDU airport. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Juni was a true superhost.

This spot was amazing. A few cool shops and delicious bagel ship around the corner, with plenty of other cool spots around if you don’t mind walking. There’s also Lime and Spin scooters around. And a nice driveway if you have a car. Loved living in this nice little house with cute outdoor spaces. Comfy, cozy, and spacious with everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. Really good amount of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt right at home! Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great place to host my vacation at; a convenient location, a house with a lot of nice features, easy parking and straightforward check-in and check-out. The hosts were also quite responsive, getting back to me quickly even at late hours. I’d definitely recommend this property and hosts, this house really helped us make a great vacation happen!

Great Airbnb. Clean, modern. It's near a busy intersection, but with the blackout curtains and white noise machines in each bedroom it wasn't a problem at all. I found the hosts to be communicative and responsive.

Fotula is an amazing host! She’s very flexible, warm and care about her guests. We felt like home and feel like we made a new friend 🤗👍 The house is spacious and the neighborhood is very calm, people around seemed friendly. There is a YCMA close by the house and also a trail to run and walk by. Hope valley is a very nice place to live in, thanks again Fotula.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting some family in Franklinton NC which was about 20 mins from Debra’s location. Debra is absolutely amazing! Super responsive and very knowledgeable and friendly. Her place was immaculate. Perfect location and although it’s an attached condominium community it still offers the right amount of privacy. The designs of her layout provided a serene atmosphere to relax. I would 1000% recommend this property for those in town or out of town. Definitely will book again the next time I visit.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and we were truly able to relax. The check-in and checkout process were really easy. It was just really hard to find the bikes and lockbox and figure out the parking and getting into the building. Otherwise, it was absolutely amazing especially the bathroom. We will return if we decide to visit Raleigh again.

We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Loved staying here. Came for Dreamville Fest but the location was so great that I’ll be planning another trip just to stay here. It was the best place. Can’t recommend enough.
