Absolutely beautiful and lovely peaceful location, Billy was very nice and helped us get the fire lit for the hot tub, as wasn’t lit like we’d hoped but was ready by the evening. A couple of things to mention, one of the saucepans wasn’t clean, neither was the tea towel. The host was a little unresponsive on check in and we didn’t get check in info until an hour before. Otherwise, we absolutely loved it, had a magical weekend away and the area is very cute with the farm animals nearby and the pub and little shops. The brekky at the cow and plough was absolutely delish!! Also advice for others staying, bring towels / bath mat as there is no bath mat and only 2 towels, which when in and out of the hot tub you might need another! We would definitely come again, the people were so lovely, they even gave us some extra firewood! The hut is just so toasty and cosy and was exactly what we’d hoped for.

An absolute gem of a getaway, perfect place to rest and relax in idyllic countryside surroundings. Very comfy bed and such a cute little place. Wood Fired hot tub made star gazing pretty special. Would definitely book again.

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!

Absolutely stunning place to stay, we didn't want to come home. Everything was so well thought out, so many helpful and lovely touches to make your stay enjoyable. The home itself was beautifully furnished, cosy, a dream little getaway. The games room was so much fun, the hot tub is pure luxury with a stunning view, we honestly couldn't have wished for more, would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you Abi and family for sharing your wonderful farm with us for the weekend.

Beautiful little place to stay for a few nights. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. The host was always on hand if we needed them. Very grateful of the cookies and wine we got when we arrived. Good attention to detail for example there was a book with guides on how to use the hot tub, oven, shower and even places to go out for food and supermarket. Very happy! Will definitely be coming back. Thanks x

Corky was the perfect base for walks , runs and relaxation. Our dog was right at home as were we. It is in a stunning location with friendly local pubs within walking distance through beautiful countryside. We hope to be back.

The host messaged us with all the details we needed. There was nothing we needed to ask the host at all due to the very close instructions! Overall great stay, very peaceful and exactly as advertised on the website!

We had a girlies 2 days/2nights at Waxwing Cottage which had a hot tub. Markey Harborough, the nearest town had everything you need with very friendly people. There is also the Foxton Locks and great walking trails all around. The host, Julie, was marvellous. She was always keen to help. The cottage was in a very peaceful setting and felt very safe.

Great family weekend away and couldn't have wished for better weather in April. Cottage and location idyllic. Olivia and her family are great hosts and very responsive to messages. Cottage was spotless. Lovely courtyard where we enjoyed meals and a bbq. Lovely pub with excellent food just a short stroll away and lovely walks from the Cottage.

Lovely little gem, had a wonderful stay with my husband and newborn. Greatly appreciated the tranquility and the home was so well set up!

Firstly what a lovely family of hosts, could not be more helpful and keen to please. The property is pristine, set in beautiful grounds, lovely walks from right outside your front door. First thing I did was book the next three weeks, highly recommended.

Christian and Vicky have the most beautiful property that I urge others to make the most of - better than the photos!!!!! The Barn is truly stunning inside and out. The location is fantastic with a pub at the bottom of the road and the fields leading to beautiful walks at the top of the road. My family and I have had the best time here along with our furry boy 🐾 the Barn has everything you could possibly need and more, we didn’t want to leave. We cannot wait to come back and spend more time at such a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming place. Christian and Vicky, thank you so much for being amazing hosts and we cannot wait to return! A fantastic bank holiday Easter weekend, one we certainly won’t forget!

Angela is a fantastic host ,she went above and beyond to help us .Super friendly and very helpful.We felt we had our own private place but Angela was always available to advise,help and much more.Would definitely recommend White house farm to friends and family.Thank you so much Angela,never know might see you at our new home in France .xxx

Had a lovely 2 night stay with Hannah. Very quiet and cozy cottage. Us and the dogs felt at ease.

We had a wonderful stay at Bridge Cottage. Louise gave clear instructions about cheek in and was there to welcome us when we arrived. House had everything we needed and more. It was very spacious and perfect for a family holiday. Location is perfect for Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. We hired the canal boat ‘Comet’ for a day which we arrange with Louise and it was fabulous. Lots to see and do in the local area. Would highly recommend Bridge Cottage. We will be back!

Another great stay at Caroline's place. Very relaxing in beautiful countryside close to Foxton Locks. Great to have all the provisions especially the bacon and eggs.

We had a lovely stay at Dee’s cottage – it was everything we hoped for and more. The place was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully kept, making it the perfect countryside escape. Dee was a kind and attentive host who made us feel very welcome, and her local recommendations were super helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return!

A fabulous property in a lovely location. The house was immaculate with everything you could want in a kitchen, big squishy sofa, comfy bed and a beautiful little garden. Rachel was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I have allergies and Rachel was so kind to clean with products I can tolerate, which I really appreciated. We had a lovely time and hope to book again soon.

Such a beautiful cottage. Everything we needed was there. The garden is amazing despite us being there in February. The RH along the road is such an amazing place to visit. It’s quite pricey for dinner but well worth it. You can also visit just to look around the place for free which id also say is worthwhile. Overall, we had an amazing weekend and would return in a heartbeat 😊

What a delightful stay I’ve just had at The Stable. Wonderful farm surroundings. Very peaceful and secure. Rita was an amazing host and the Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable and I wanted for nothing :-)

Liz's cottage was immaculately presented and in such an idyllic location. It was such a joy to have our morning tea outside in the sunshine surrounded by Peacocks. Liz as a host was very responsive and the handmade touches (welcome card and hand drawn maps of local walks) we're a lovely touch. We had a lovely meal at the Chequered Skipper, one minute walk away and would most definitely stay again.

Beautiful little find! Exactly what we needed. Just the 2 of us. Peace and quiet and privacy. With beautiful views, even a family of rabbits nearby that we’d watch in the evenings. Lynne is an excellent host & accommodating, even went over and beyond for our stay too. A few minutes drive to local villages with plenty of pubs with amazing homemade pies!! Also a few minutes drive are supermarkets too. Will definitely be coming back and already recommended the lodge to stay to some of our family members. Thanks again Lynne.

We had an amazing time at the Cottage! The bed was super comfy, and the whole place is incredibly peaceful – perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The surroundings are beautiful, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Mia's home was decorated tastefully, well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room for 2-3 people. Just the ticket for a weekend get away. The village is very small, quiet, almost sleepy, with a pub within walking distance. Nice trails for long walks in the countryside.
