Klidné a útulné bydlení. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Určitě se rádi vrátíme:-).

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

Great place and host! Tomas communicated swiftly and was flexible regarding our arrival time. The host family use the house themselves, when it is not rented out, hence it is cozy and well equipped (they move to their house in the neighbouring town during the rental period). The place is huge, the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans etc., and there is a lovely terrasse with a grill (incl. wood). The facilities are great for families with kids - the pool, badminton in the garden, room for a bit of football and plenty of space to run around. The view of the hills is lovely and the village is nice and quiet. There are some great hiking trails in the mountains (e.g. Praded/Bila Opava), and the Sky Bridge 721 at Dolni Morava is worth a visit! If we are in the Sumperk area again we would be happy to stay at Tomas' place again!

Wir waren im April für einen Wanderurlaub dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll, direkt am Wald mit Blick auf die Felsen. Die Highlights der Region wie Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer Felsenstadt, Burgruine Bischofstein sind fußläufig erreichbar man braucht das Auto praktisch nicht. Für Winterurlauber interessant: Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Im Ort mehrere gute Restaurants welche auch schon in der Vorostersaison geöffnet hatten. Kleine Lebensmittelläden auch vor Ort. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geräumig, die Betten sind bequem. Grosser schöner Kamin, Holz wurde vom Vermieter ausreichend bereitgelegt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps. Es wäre schön, wenn in den Küchen- und Badezimmerschränken etwas mehr Platz gewesen wäre um eigene Utensilien unterzubringen, die waren doch recht vollgestellt. Sanitäreinrichtungen waren zwar alle funktionstüchtig, könnten aber mal erneuert werden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Amazing host and a truly wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. For the first time ever using Airbnb, the kitchen was fully equipped — a real bonus! Thank you for the warm hospitality. We hope to stay again on one of our future trips to the Czech Republic!

It was a big pleasure to visit this place. Beautiful area for walks and skiing, great house. We'll be back soon :)

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft, die wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet war. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt!

Dom jest położony naprawdę przepięknie - na zboczu z widokiem na góry, w otoczeniu drzew. Spacerowicze mieli gdzie znikać na całe dnie, ale mnóstwo z nas po prostu przesiadywało z kubeczkiem kawy zachwycając się widokami. Można zupełnie zapomnieć o miejskim zgiełku i hałasie. Dom jest fantastyczny dla grup - latem ma miejsce na zaparkowanie kilku samochodów, w środku jest przestronnie, z wieloma oddzielnymi przestrzeniami wspólnymi. Jest gdzie spędzać czas razem, ale bez problemu znajdzie się miejsce na mniejsze grupki. Dla miłośników planszówek, gier RPG lub po prostu wspólnych posiłków - jest dużo stołów i krzeseł ;) W domu jest wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia tam wielu dni - naczynia, zmywarki, lodówki itd. Jest też sauna i zewnętrzna podgrzewana balia. Poza tym dom ma niesamowity klimat - piękne stare elementy wyposażenia, drewniana podłoga, podzwanianie owiec za oknem... Spędziliśmy całe jedno śniadanie dyskutując o krzesłach w górnej jadalni :D Polecam z całego serca <3

Super komunikace, vše bylo připravené a čisté. V okolí není nic a přitom mnoho. Super základna pro výlety všeho druhu. Byli jsme dvě rodiny, prostor byl pro nás nadmíru dostačující, jen kuchyň by zasloužila víc nádobí na vaření. Uvítal bych možnost regulace topení, rána byla chladná.

Really nice house. We felt like we were at home. We had 4 kids all together and the house was perfect for everyone to have space. Everything is perfectly designed for the ski, walking holiday. The ski in Pec was really amazing. Kids instructors were really taking their time to teach the kids. Definitely will book this house again.

Polecam ten obiekt. Apartament nr 4, w którym byliśmy w 4 osoby jest naprawdę duży. Ogromny salon z kuchnią, osobna sypialnia, łazienka, korytarz. W łazience dostępne były ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, pralka na 3,5 kg wsadu, miska, stołek dla dzieci. W kuchni podwójna płyta indukcyjna, czajnik, ekspres, zmywarka, kostki do zmywarki, ściereczka, gąbka, płyn do naczyń, szufelka ze zmiotką, zastawa stołowa itp. Na tarasie stoliczek i 4 krzesełka. Byliśmy w okresie sylwestrowym i powiem, że było w obiekcie gorąco do tego stopnia, że pozakręcane grzejniki mieliśmy. W części salonowej dostępna ogromna kanapa, która po rozłożeniu ma 1,6m x 2m. W apartamencie dostępny był też odkurzacz, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do prania itp. Z gospodarzem jest niesamowity kontakt, odpowiada szybko na wiadomości, odbiera telefon, jest bardzo pomocna przy zameldowaniu.

Pobyt jsme si moc užili. Apartmán se nachází na krásném místě uprostřed přírody.

Bardzo dziękujemy za kolejny pobyt u Antoniego! Naprawdę uwielbiamy wracać do tego domu – ma niesamowity klimat, z kominkiem, który nadaje mu ciepła i domowego charakteru. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona, zmywarka, czysta pościel, ręczniki – wszystko, co potrzebne, by czuć się jak w domu. A do tego świetna wiata na grilla! Miejscowość Sboboba nad Upa ma bardzo dobre połączenia autobusowe, które łatwo zabiorą Was na cudowne szlaki. Blisko znajdują się także bar, sklep i restauracja. Kontakt z Antonem zawsze bardzo miły i pomocny. Dziękujemy serdecznie i na pewno wrócimy!

Wspaniały weekend, domek oferuje pełną prywatność. Miejsce za domem w pełni przygotowane do biesiady lub ogniska z podziwianiem gwiazd. Gospodarz komunikatywny, miejsce zgodnie z opisem a do tego możliwość kupienia lokalnych produktów gospodarza! Pozdrawiam i polecam!

Wir haben uns hier über Silvester gut untergebracht gefühlt. Mit zwei Angsthunden der perfekte Escape von der lauten Stadt! Die Hütte war total urig und gemütlich- der Ofen hat für die nötige Wärme in der kalten Jahreszeit gesorgt. Wer mit Einfachheit und Naturverbundenheit etwas anfangen kann, wird die Unterkunft sehr genießen können. Außerdem hat der zutraulich Hofhund von Ewa uns täglich auf einen Spaziergang begleitet und uns den Weg gewiesen. Auch die Pferde, die hin und wieder zum Stubenfenster herein geblickt haben, waren ein Highlight!

Ubytování je ve skvělé lokalitě – klidné, a přitom bylo vše blízko. Všechno bylo čisté, útulné a příjemně zařízené. Cítili jsme se jako doma a nic nám nescházelo. Pobyt jsme si opravdu velice užili a rádi se sem znovu vrátíme.

It was an amazing stay! If you enjoy the nature this is perfect for you! Communication, arriving and getting the key from the keybox was uncomplicated. This little gem has everything you might need (e.g. a kitchen with a good amount of equipment, a good working shower, a nice little private "garden", WiFi that is working perfectly and so on). A forest is right there which is amazing for walks (with dogs). Thank you, for the great stay! :)

We hebben met ons hele gezin genoten van alle ruimte, het zwembad, de rust en de mooie omgeving! De communicatie met Jellie verliep voorspoedig, altijd snelle terugkoppeling op onze vragen. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en toen het na een paar dagen winderig werd, zorgde de kap ervoor dat het niet te koud werd. Helemaal super!

Skvělé ubytování pro větší skupinu přátel s dětmi, dostatek prostoru pro posezení jak uvnitř tak i venku. Komunikace s paní majitelkou perfektní, flexibilní čas příjezdu i odjezdu. Mohu vřele doporučit.

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

Die Unterkunft von Natasja war wie beschrieben. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und Ideal für eine Gruppe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wenn man die Beschreibung ordentlich liest. Auch Wanderziele sind in der Umgebung viele vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön. Gerne wieder.

geweldig wij hebben genoten enige wat wij best hebben gemist is een bankstel waar je savonds even kunt relaxen dat moet echt in de keuken aan de eetafel met hoekbank opzich niet erg maar op een gegeven moment zit dat niet echt lekker maar nogmaals dat is enige rest ia fantastisch bedankt voor de super leuke tijd

We really enjoyed our stay at Kateřina’s house. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, with exception of towels. The house is surrounded by nature and we spent a lot of time outside, playing outdoor games, grilling, and sitting by the fire. There was no wifi when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to contact Kateřina and request a connection, which we got on Monday. Overall, I would recommend Katerina’s house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great place to stay – tranquil and perfect for recharging. Ideal for kids too, with a playground, horses, goats, and rabbits. Host was super nice. Its worth to check the village too.
