Spring and Toc top our list of being the kindest and most adorable Airbnb hosts till date. It was an absolute pleasure staying & interacting with them. Their stay was a cosy set up amidst the lap of nature. They were perpetually available for help and to resolve any queries we had about the town. We even got to use their bicycles to ride around for free. From helping us with communicating with cab drivers, arranging our bike trip to Hai Van Pass or even letting us check-in early, the list is endless. We can never have enough of the delicious "Ban Xeo" that Spring offered to make breakfast once she knew it was on our bucket list. She even sat along us to guide through the right way to eat it. And o'course Toc certainly deserves to take pride of preparing the yummiest Vietnamese coffee with perfect layers. We would love to go back to them anytime & would highly recommend their stay. Hoi An wouldn't have been half as enjoyable without these two. Can't be grateful enough! Much love!

Our villa was great, it had everything we needed and the private pool was brilliant for our children. We had plenty of space and the rooms stayed nice and cool. The free breakfast also had a really good variety of Vietnamese and western cuisine. Our room was cleaned daily & our laundry was also done which is such a lovely touch. All of the staff and Bao are very friendly & helpful- I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Hoi an.

Yen Homestay is a beautiful, serene retreat just two bridges from the old town, yet it feels like a world away. Nestled by the river, it’s a peaceful escape where you can start your day watching the sunrise from a hammock. Yen and Hung are extraordinary hosts, radiating warmth and kindness. Their vision for a natural, holistic way of living is truly inspiring, and everything is handcrafted with care, including the beautiful, comfortable rooms. A highlight was Hung’s morning sunrise tea—a macrobiotic blend for immune and gut health. I deeply appreciated the care and thoughtfulness. The macrobiotic food was nourishing and delicious—some of the best I’ve ever had. It was an honour to share meals and be part of the Steiner school’s opening celebrations. When I needed a doctor, Yen kindly took me to a traditional Vietnamese healer, reflecting the incredible community spirit here. I stayed for a week and could have stayed for a month. I can’t wait to return. You are all inspirational!

After a horrible experience at another accommodation, we made a very last-minute decision to stay here. They were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Unlike the previous accommodation, this villa matched the photos and description. The villa is private and well located, about 20 minutes from Hoi An centre or five minutes by Grab. We are very grateful to Xuan, who helped us settle in with some great suggestions around town and an instant response to any issues we had. They also helped us arrange transport to Da Nang, which was handy. Would recommend this lovely little villa!

Bao was very responsive and friendly. He help organise a driver for us from the Airport and was always helpful. Our stay was relaxing and fun. Highly recommended.

Hung est une personne exceptionnelle!!!! Un grand merci pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son hospitalité! Son domaine est un havre de paix. Ses chiens sont adorables et remplissent le domaine de joie !!! Hung est un puit de culture et d'histoire, il nous a appris beaucoup de choses sur son pays. Nous avons eu beaucoup de peine de partir. Nous recommandons vivement son logement!!!!!!

We absolutely adored our stay here. The location is so lovely, along the river, very walkable with friendly locals. Great little shop for basics just up the laneway, and Breeze for dinner was a lovely experience. The breakfasts at the villa are so delicious, and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The villa itself is beautiful, very comfortable, and so relaxing. Mark was a wonderfully accommodating host, helping us with transfers, massages, laundry and perfect recommendations. Exceeded our expectations, wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend.

Our group loved our stay!! The place is walkable to old town and there is plenty right nearby too. The hospitality was fantastic, highly recommend staying here.
