We travelled on work to Delhi and stayed at Utkarsh's place. We had a comfortable stay and Utkarsh & his staff were very helpful and proactive. The place was very neat and clean, has a good surrounding and easily accessible. We would definitely recommend his place for anyone looking for a comfortable, neat & clean place to stay in the heart of Delhi which is easily accessible & very well connected to metro & public transport.

I honestly thought staying in Gurgaon won't be that good because of all the scams we hear every day about the place, but whatever I spoke with Naren initially it was exactly like that, we came from Chennai and expectations were very less but when we entered it was better than our expectations everyone liked it. I decided to extend my stay in New Delhi for a day and Aditya was very accommodating offering me this space. The apt is large with a balcony overlooking the street and large TV. The bathroom was large and kitchen was well equipped… The building is located in a great neighborhood and is very secure, with a gate and security guard. I would highly recommend staying here.
