Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

You are only 6 miles from Lambeau Field, Bay Beach Amusement Park, and the Resch Center. *PETS* No cats allowed. Up to 2 dogs allowed with a 40lb weight restriction. 1898 Character Home with modern kitchen and bath. Lots of amenities. A few blocks from Lake Michigan. 30 miles from Green Bay. 30 miles from Door County. I moved to Green Bay for work, but I did not want to let go of this wonderful old house. I hope you enjoy being here as much as I have for the 15 years I lived here.
