Freshwater House on Lake Superior - Bohemia close

Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. Mt. Bohemia & Copper Harbor 20 minute drives away, sand beach & restaurant 5 minute walk. The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king bed & one with queen, each of which have lots of closet space. There is also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi. Kayaks & canoe. 2 vehicle parking limit

In our family for the last five decades, this homey Lakeshore cottage is prepped and ready to host newcomers to give them a taste of our Keweenaw Peninsula paradise. Enjoy a private beach with bonfire ring, recently renovated deck with furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms (with newer King, Queen & Twin beds). Right on the beachfront of Lake Fanny Hooe, this cozy cabin will bring you peace and happiness. The cabin includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and endless decks and shared dock to enjoy the great outdoors. Within just a few steps you can be a part of the town of Copper Harbor, where you can enjoy the history of the Copper Country, sightseeing, historic Fort Wilkins, quaint gift shopping, great local cuisine, and any outdoor activity that you could possibly think of.

A spa in the heart of the Keweenaw

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Stay in the heart of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula, not far from beautiful Lake Superior, Copper Harbor, and downtown Calumet's National Historic Park. We have added a “spa” room in our basement that has a large steam room/sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and full bathroom. Our house does not have a TV but we do have awesome Spectrum wifi. There’s also in floor heat and central air conditioning! Sorry no pets.

This is a lovely, spacious, and private 2-story guest quarter with private entrance. 1st Floor: parlor (living room); kitchen; half bath; and a screened-in front porch with a lake view. 2nd Floor: a spacious guest room (with windows for a lakeview and lake breeze); full bath.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Take a step back in time to the 70's in this unique space. Large bedrooms and open floor plan for the kitchen / living area. Off-street tandem parking for up to 3 vehicles. Centrally located between Houghton and Copper Harbor, perfect jumping off point for all of your Keweenaw adventures. This is my home and I live on the first floor. I will always respect your privacy.

Close to the snowmobile/ATV trail. At the gateway to the Keweenaw Peninsula. This small, charming house is perfect for your vacation to the beautiful Copper Country. A short drive to Mt. Bohemia and Copper Harbor.
